Habitat is the local pet store I choose to shop at for almost everything related to my cat as I’m usually popping in at least once a week regular members of staff remember my name They're really helpful
I recently needed some advice on worming products and they were fantastic. They really know their stuff I would highly recommend popping in. They have all sorts of services a price match and they are rarely out of stock of products and if you can’t get it at one store one of their other stores will definitely have it. I’ve also visited the store in East Brunswick and they were just brilliant in there.

I confirmed the price match twice by chat and phone. I even offered to pre‑order and pay, but the staff said I could just buy it in store at the same price. When I arrived, they refused to honour it. The mixed messages and the way they treated me made me feel cheated and singled out.

The stuff at the Burwood store are extremely nice and helpful. It is always a pleasure going in there.

I ordered some cold chain pet food online and to make the minimum order I bought more than my freezer could hold and the local store was more than happy for me to do a partial pick up and when I return two weeks later they were very organised and found my remaining order immediately. I really felt the store went above and beyond. Very happy with the service.
