I recently bought a distiller from H20 and had some questions about how to operate it. I was very happy that I got a response right away and I got an explanation as to how the distiller is supposed to work. I would definitely recommend this company. Nowadays communication is very rare as everything has to be done online. I got a response right away, and the employees were very kind.

Great service and information. They followed up with questions and made sure we were satisfied with the distiller and installation.

I had been using a distiller for many years. Then it died. I found this company. It is rated among the top 5 in the USA. I purchased the counter top model. The gentleman on the phone was very nice, helpful when picking out the right one for me and he saved me money. The Distiller arrived on time,
was very easy to set up and works great. I like the fact it is made in the USA. After @ a week I received a follow up call. Again the man on the phone was nice, answered all and any questions I had and let me know if I had any problems they are there to assist. I highly recommend this product and the company.

I am replacing a previous model which worked exceptionally well and I am looking forward to the new model. I really appreciate the very individual attentive care this company provides.

Constantly having to buy parts or replacements for the distiller is absurdly, outrageously expensive! Today, I had to buy a new water collector for the 200 model, because mold had grown in the old one. No way to clean it because of the design of the container. Shipping costs were equal to the price of the product!! Last week, it was the 2 different filters, for $42. Today, container, with shipping, $36. Discouraging.

Ordered on 14 October a "Stainless Steel UK Model 300SSE Water Distiller with Glass Carafe-On backorder for late October dispatch". No communication whatsoever, I'm getting a refund under the 14 day cancellation period if it doesn't arrive by the end of October.

I like your product very much, however when I discussed my issue I received not good feedback! I ended up purchasing a new carafe instead of being told my concern with rust was a non issue!☹️

I placed an Order on 14/2/24. Had to follow up with phone calls as to its delivery date. No email updates or Tracking Info. My last call was with a "Dave" from H20 Labs who for some reason would not provide his surname!! Very unprofessional. Was informed after a 2nd call to "Dave" the product had been delivered! I contacted PayPal and informed Dave I wished to cancel my Order. On 29th March the day after my call a driver from DHL rang me prior to which I found in an obscure place in my garden the parcel drenched and sodden with rain - it had been there for 2 days!!!! No communication of its despatch was sent to me by H20 Labs re Tracking No etc. This Company does not fill one with confidence on a professional level. I would recommend shopping elsewhere. Do your Research re reviews and pricing. The product can be found on competitive sites. Buyer Beware - no Refund is given if you have tried the product and you are not satisfied with it.

I was charged customs by fedex which was not made known to me. i already paid shipping charges of $30 almost as much as the product , the filter pods. it is just not fair to pay further. this fly by night company does not reply to emails and refuse to address the issue when called. Also no bad reviews are allowed only probably fake good reviews are accepted which is another red flag...CAVEAT EMPTOR !

I am not one to give bad reviews on a company, but felt the need to do it for this company. I had a countertop unit that went bad after 5 months of use. It was not a big issue, because I knew it was under warranty. Upon emailing the customer service I received no reply after waiting 3-4 days even though it said they would reply in a day. Just a warning that you will need to call them in order to get any sort of reply. Also they require you to pay the shipping fee to get there and back. Luckily mine was the countertop one so it was only $30, but keep this in mind if you have a heavier one.
My main to give a one star is because of the customer service team. The customer service team are very rude on the phone and gave me grief on the initial call and questioning me on the filter and cleaning procedure on the unit. I have cleaned and kept it taken care of very well. They also have a very slow turn around in fixing the unit (2 weeks for just a fuse box) and do not inform you or what was fixed or broken on the device. Initially I called back because they ship it back in the same exact box and the way you shipped it and it appeared that they did not even look at the unit:

Nick was one of the worst customer service representatives that I have ever had to deal with. Treating your customers the way he did, was the reason that this company is not a large company. I will not refer this company to anyone because of the quality issues with the unit, the grief over taking advantage of the year warranty that comes included, and the very poor customer service.

I bought a Compact Survival Water Distiller with the understanding from customer service that it would take an hour to distill a gallon of water and could be used with any fuel source. Well, it's been two hours at least and I have about a cup of distilled water to show for it. Customer service says 50% restocking fee. The rep was short, rude. Do not do business with this company. They misinform customers and don't stand behind their products.

Ordered a distiller and now have been waiting weeks for them to ship it. I tried contacting them multiple times but never got a response. I also sent multiple messages on their website, but no response there either. I think I will now have to dispute the purchase with my bank to get my money back. Don't trust this company!

I purchased the 5 gallon automatic water distiller and received it on September 23, 2023. Today is October 16, 2023. I have not had this unit for even a month. It leaks and the fan no longer works. The “help department” only has an answering machine and they never call you back. I have called many times over the last 2+ weeks and zero response. They will sell it, but they will not service it at all. Don’t believe this site when they say they guarantee parts and labor. It is a big scam. I have an $1800 machine and I can’t do a thing with it. FIND A MORE REPUTABLE COMPANY to do business with.

Our water distiller grew black mold and attracted ants just months after purchase despite closely following all instructions. Multiple parts were also faulty and had to be re-ordered already. Customer service would not reply to any of my inquiries about these things for help.

Thing that really rubs me the wrong way was initial purchase. I placed an order for roughly $400 initially. They emailed and said the order would be canceled unless I provide multiple forms of ID "to prevent credit card fraud". Never have seen this in my life, and now concerned that info was used for something nefarious. It's not like I was purchasing a firearm or gambling credits. Really sketchy company at best.
