I made a phone call and the call was returned within hours letting me know that an adjuster would call me. I was called and the instructions were emailed to me.
It was quick and painless. Within a week I received a check.

Grace community church had their van hit by a deer. Linda Myers was assigned to our wreck. She did a great job taking care of the cost estimates and making sure everything went smoothly. Great agent

GuideOne has been very responsive in supporting our church when the roof was damaged in a storm. They sent an adjuster promptly and provided repair funds within a couple weeks. Our contractor found additional damage during the repairs and GuideOne promptly reviewed the contractors report and issued the additional money. We are very happy with the support and responsiveness GuideOne provided in getting our roof repaired.
