Disappointing

Claims process is very slow and communication is almost nonexistent. I have left messages and emails at both the main claims office and the desk adjustor and have not heard back. Very disappointing, certainly doesn't feel like they are there for us.

We've been very satisfied with GuideOne so far, though the communication during our last claim was a bit challenging. I understand there are many moving parts, but there were many times we didn't receive a response to our calls or emails. We are grateful for all that you do for Hosanna.

They were real easy to work with

They were real easy to work with, very responsive, and fast acting for the claim. I don't think the whole experience could have been any better , great people to deal with. We are glad that we had them for our insurance company.

It took them over 3 months to settle…

It took them over 3 months to settle the claim once the work was complete. It seems that the right had does not know what the left hand is doing,

We’re sorry to hear about your frustration and appreciate the opportunity to clarify.
Once repairs are completed, final claim settlement is dependent on receiving the required documentation, including final invoices and proof of completed work, as outlined in the policy. In this case, the remaining information needed to release recoverable depreciation and final payments was provided in late February. After that documentation was received, the remaining payments were reviewed, approved, and issued within a reasonable timeframe, and the claim was formally completed in March.
Throughout the claim process, there were multiple inspections, estimate reviews, and communications with all involved parties to ensure payments were issued accurately and in accordance with the policy. While this type of claim involved several buildings, contractors, and supplemental reviews—which can add complexity—our goal was to resolve it correctly rather than quickly at the expense of accuracy.
We understand that the process can feel lengthy, and we appreciate your patience. If there are any remaining questions about how the claim was handled, we encourage you to contact us directly so we can review them with you.
