We took out Guardhog when renting our studio on Airbnb. A guest flooded the whole place and water staining occurred up the walls. Guardhog first tried to get us to claim through Airbnb and now through our home insurance. They will not cover the guests damage. What is the point of having this insurance?

I really was dreading looking for…

Marina was very helpful
Marina was helpful, friendly and efficient. She made sure I had the correct cover I needed and was very patient with my questions. I was extremely impressed by her attitude and came off the phone smiling which is, honestly, a first for me when dealing with insurance companies.
