We have had excellent service from GtH. The start point was a realistic view of our house’s value and good marketing advice. The viewing process and follow up with potential buyers was well managed and we received quick feedback after every viewing. It has taken a while to sell - that is the market - and their experience and advice worked well for us. We have worked with other agents on sales and GtH is a step above - both in terms of advice and the efficiency of their back office.

Both sales were quick despite market conditions and the advice given to us on asking price and the subsequent tender were spot on and conducted with fairness and courtesy to all parties.
