A great experience with the team at the Wells branch of GTH. I feel it necessary to highlight how helpful they were throughout the process (from valuation, to market, and viewing to sale). In particular, Chris and Diane were fantastic to deal with.

Both of them were extremely professional from start to finish, while also bringing a really friendly approach that made everything feel much less stressful. Their good sense of humour made conversations enjoyable, and it was clear they genuinely cared about helping things run smoothly.

Communication so far has been excellent. Calls and email updates were regular and any questions were responded to quickly. I always knew what was happening next and for me that made a big difference, feeling like I didn’t have to chase continually.

Overall, I’m very grateful for their support and would happily recommend the Wells branch to anyone looking for an estate agent that’s professional, responsive, and genuinely pleasant to deal with. Thanks again to Chris and Diane for all their help.

Richard and his team have been excellent. During a difficult time of needing to sell both my grandmothers & aunts houses to fund their care home costs. We live many miles away, so needed a trusted estate agent, who knew the Sherborne housing market & could facilitate the house sales without us being local. They have gone above and beyond to make the process and house sales as stress free and smooth as possible. Always attentive, have the ability to attract buyers, very professional and friendly. From first contact last year impressed with professional non-pushy manner (more than can be said for other Estate Agents in Ivybridge). Would highly recommend using them. Jon very friendly, happy to advise and answer any questions.

Put on house on the market with the company in September we had Chloe to come out and when through everything with us as we didn’t have a clue she was so good and very professional , we then started working along Alice she was absolutely marvellous with the understanding with viewings as my mum very concerned regarding her cats , she kept us in the loop weekly/daily all I can say it the South Molton office staff are all fantastic and thank you all for your help and support

Asked them for an updated valuation of my house and there’s was the lowest valuation of all the estate agents on the high street. Not much more than I bought the house from them 3 years ago after having spent a fortune putting all the faults with it right.

During what proved to be a very long and frustrating house move, the purchase side of the process was handled very professionally by GTH Sherborne. My wife and I would particularly like to thank Ali for her efforts in moving things forward, along with the other staff members we had contact with — all of whom were fantastic. We would certainly recommend GTH Sherborne.

GTH Ilminster have done a great job selling my house and securing me an offer they kept consistent viewings going at probably the worst time of the year to sell a house over the Christmas period.
They gave Regular updates and managed all viewings with no issues.
Everyone working in the office were friendly and very professional.

What proved to be a very long and frustrating moving house process the sales side of the move was dealt with very well and professionally by GTH Ivybridge. I would particularly like to thank Jon and Natasha for all their efforts but all staff members I had contact with proved extremely helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend GTH Ivybridge.

I would rate my experience of GTH Tiverton as poor. When our chain collapsed through no fault of ours, we felt blamed and ignored, other estate agents kept in touch with other properties, generally asking “how’s your sale going along” etc, and even when similar properties to the ones we had offered on were listed on their website we had no contact from GTH.
I would not recommend. Avoid if possible.

Great service provided, Lauren was really helpful as were other members of staff. Really happy with the service provided.

GTH MInehead gave us a brilliant service and sold our home with land and stables very quickly for which they achieved a very good price for us.

I was a first time buyer with some apprehension about the whole process. The GTH team, particularly Bill, were incredibly kind, helpful, and reassuring throughout. Bill also chased my solicitor for me when I needed more information on where we were in the process, and he kept me up to date any time there was new information to be shared.

Without Bill and the GTH team I may have just curled into a ball and rocked until I couldn't rock anymore!

GTH recently sold a 3-bed house for us in Somerset and the service was excellent. Their pricing and marketing were spot on, generating 3 offers in quick succession following the marketing launch, and then managed the sale process smoothly with regular updates and exceeded their estimate on price which we were extremely happy with.

A very helpful,trustworthy team and they look after me very well. I would not have gone with any other estate agents in the area .thankyou very much.
