Great value plants
Lovely strong, fresh plants well packed for delivery. Planted in to 9cm pots and already doubled in size. Five beautiful nemesias for a fraction of the price. I'll definitely consider using Growtanical again

Buying plants online can be a slightly risky process with no guarantee of quality or good service. No need to worry when ordering from growtanical, they really do go the extra mile to provide 100% customer satisfaction. Special thanks to Lorna who came to my aid to sort out a minor glitch.

Good company for products and excellent customer help, fast on response.
So far I have only ordered a few plug plants but they came well packed and after potting on, a week later they are thriving and seem very healthy. Have ordered more.
The only criticism I have is that delivery is slow, it takes over a week. Could do with improving, but will definatly recommend this site.

Hello David. Thanks for your great review we are glad that you are happy with the plants and service we provide! I checked your order and you had ordered some Aubretia on pre order. This would explain the long delivery time, other than pre order we post all items on the day they were purchased (before 4PM) and they should arrive the next day. Sorry if there was any confusion from the listing you viewed. Most items on our website are now avaliable for next day delivery :)

What a great company to deal with:
An error was made in my order, the wrong flowering bulbs were sent to me but after just one message Growtanical apologised profusely and immediately took it upon themselves to send out the right ones without and fuss at all.
My original order was sent out that day and I got them two days later free of charge.
Mistakes are made occasionally, it happens especially when the flowers look almost the same but it is so nice to deal with a company who are so willing to correct their mistake and apologise for making it so thank you Growtanical.
