A Plant Company That Doesn’t Seem to Care About Plants
I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Growtanical.
The company delivered six small plants in a box that was only about 20 cm thick and roughly the size of a laptop. Because the box was far too small, the plants were not shipped in proper pots. Instead, they were placed in small plastic bags and tightly compressed inside the packaging.
When I opened the parcel, I was genuinely shocked by how inadequately the plants had been packed. Live plants are delicate items and should be handled and transported with care. Squeezing multiple plants into such a small box suggests that protecting the plants’ health was not a priority.
Given that the order total was £24.98, I expected a much higher standard of packaging and customer care. This was one of the poorest plant deliveries I have received. If a zero-star rating were available, I would gladly give it.
It is difficult to understand how a company that sells plants can package them in a way that shows so little regard for their welfare. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Growtanical.

Plants arrived next day, beautifully packaged and all the plugged plants were in perfect condition.
Easy to follow instructions, I did exactly as advised and all are doing well. It's nice to support a British business. Will definitely buy more things from Growtanical.
