Groupon Freight is a fantastic company to work with! Their team is professional, reliable, and ensures a smooth shipping process from start to finish. The communication was excellent, and everything went exactly as promised. I highly recommend their services and would gladly work with them again!

Worst company ever, brokers act cleverly and try to take money from the client through the contracted party. They hide the fees and the clients are deceived without knowing that they pay them more than once.

This is by far the best shipping company! They shipped (4) vehicles from miami to vermont. There word is as good as gold! They came on time worked hard to load each vehicle and made sure all vehicles reached our new location and price never changed no hidden costs. The driver andre was the best at his job I still can't belive he unloaded the vehicles by himself and 2 vehicles was not running! Great company would recommend them anytime...j

I had to ship a Jeep from Eugene OR to South Texas and read many horror stories from other people's experiences. I was lucky to have chosen Groupon Freight. Mike was great and delivery from carefree and prompt. I would use Groupon again and recommend them!

Excellent and fast service

Jacob was very helpful with assisting me with shipping my son who is in college his car from Cali to NY. The driver came a day earlier at his request and got the car there a day earlier. Very professional. Very organized. Gave me a ETA and exceeded it. Very communicative and gave me every reassurance. Great experience and good price to top it off.

The company arranged for a driver quickly. Then, when I had a delay, they quickly cancelled the driver and quickly arranged for another one when my paperwork delay was resolved.

Mike started off my great experience with this transport company by being very prompt and honest in his communication to me.He clarified every detail from the beginning and filled through.The drivers that picked my motorcycle up were the same. I was impressed how knowledgeable and professional they were also in the exact same way as Mike and did their transportation of my very expensive custom bike perfectly and I already told them so after they dropped my bike at my well helped push it instead of start it as not to wake neighborhood early in the morning here in Tucson Arizona all the way from Ft. Lauderdale area. I will recommend highly this company and use them as I need them in the future.

Mike was an excellent representative. He listened to what I needed and got me the best price possible, no hidden fees. He provided clear communication, and gave me continuous updates while my vehicle was being transported. My vehicle also reached by the expexted time frame. Ahead of time. Professional service

It has been a nightmare doing business with this company. Daniel called non-stop to get my business, but once they got my deposit they didn’t care anymore. The arranged driver changed the pick up time three times. They were supposed to come pick my vehicle up today between 5-6pm but texted me last moment to say he couldn’t with no regards to other people schedules. The driver kept changing my pick up time after I told him individuals work and are only available at certain times due to their work schedule after some back and forth the driver arranged to pick up my vehicle at 11pm. The driver initially didn’t shared his location just texted me I am here. So I’m calling my sister telling her he’s outside and she is telling me he is not here. The driver never called me just kept sending me text messages saying he was here. Meanwhile my sister was waiting at the house. I am constantly asking where are you because my sister is at my home waiting on you!! That’s when he decides to text me his location. She thought he was lost!! This driver did not disclose his location in the initial text, nor did he share he couldn’t drive down my street or the closest main street to pickup my vehicle. The driver had no regards for my sister’s safety. She was supposed to bring him the car, and figured out how she was supposed to get back home at 11’o’clock at night. Meanwhile that was not what agreed to when paying for transport, nor was this the door to door service they claimed to offer. I can’t recommend this transport company to anyone. It has been one the worst experience I have encountered!!

Always kept up today on the progress of my transaction and arrived in damage and in a timely fashion. Amount agreed on before pickup of vehicle was the amount I paid for at the end.

Great experience! It was easy to get a quote and transport was seamless. They did a great job keeping me updated on the process and delivered the truck when promised.
