Absolute nightmare. Tom from Smart Car Ship LLC (Prime Car Ship) took a $3000 deposit via wire transfer and failed to provide any service. He lied about having a ZIM booking, failed to pay the carrier (JAL Freight), and left my vehicle stranded in Houston while the driver held it for ransom. I had to file a federal complaint with the FMCSA to get my car back. This company is deceptive and operates without integrity. Do not trust them with your money or your vehicle.

I signed a contract with Wilson at Smart car ship for $575.00 to ship a van (contact information above contact Wilson and tell him what you think). Wilson tried several times to force me to pay a shipping fee that was double the contract price I refused. Wilson lies, his lies cost me $600.00 in storage fees at Copart. Wilson shipped the van without my knowledge telling me the shipping cost was going to be $798.00 cash on delivery and the $175.00 deposit fee that Wilson will not refund me. The van did show up costing me a total of $975.00 plus the storage costs of $600.00 not what the contract says for a total of $575.00.

I think Wilson is sitting in India trying to scam the people of the U.S.A... Wilson lied the entire time I communicated with him, he thinks he is slick and a good liar, he is not...

Scammed me out of $100 deposit. Never received service. Then refused to respond to my text and calls.

Our car was transported in a timely manner on a very short schedule for a reasonable cost. Advice for anyone transporting a vehicle, plan ahead as far as you can. It will cost you less. We waited until Christmas week to book our transport and we had to have the vehicle there before Christmas. Mike Miller made it happen for a reasonable price driver was professional, friendly, courteous, and on time Remember your schedule determines your cost. We highly recommend Mike Miller and Smart Car Ship LLC.

Unprofessional and dishonest broker. I dispatched a driver on a load that was confirmed at $950, but after pickup we found out the broker had a different contract showing only $800. This is a clear case of rate manipulation and deception.

Because of this broker’s actions, the driver was put in a bad position after already committing to the load. This is not how ethical brokers operate. Dispatchers and carriers should double-check paperwork and be very careful before working with this company.

Contracted with them to move my car for $890. I paid $250 deposit. When time came to move my car I was told an additional $1500 was required. REFUSED to refund my deposit.

Jennifer at smart carship honored a months old quote, despite increased operating costs. Car was picked up the next day and delivered the following day.
No deposit was paid upfront, no added costs. The only recommendation I have is verify with your driver at pickup which app he uses for payment. Ours only took Zelle.
