Great company to work with!

Extremely unprofessional and dishonest service — avoid at all costs
This trucking company repeatedly delayed my car pickup using excuses that were clearly untrue. On day one, they claimed the driver was stuck in another state and never showed up. The next day, they blamed “bad weather,” even though there was no bad weather at all, and delayed again. On the third day, they gave yet another excuse. At that point, it was obvious they were being dishonest and had no regard for my situation.
They initially attract customers by offering very low prices. However, after you book, they appear to struggle to actually find a trucker willing to take the job at that rate. That is when the delays and excuses start.
Because of their repeated no-shows, I lost my airline ticket and incurred additional expenses. When I called to address this, the representative was extremely rude, dismissive, and hid behind the contract—going so far as to say they could come whenever they wished. To make matters worse, they flatly refused to refund my money despite their failure to perform.
This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had—misleading, unprofessional, and completely irresponsible. Do not work with this company.

Typical bait and switch company. I was convinced that they were giving me a low price to get my business and then they would hike it up. However, their broker got me on the phone and personally assured me that they would stick to the price and schedule that they quoted. So, against my better judgement, I paid my deposit. The day they were supposed pick up no one showed up. I called them and they said they had an issue with the insurance certificate and would pick up the next day. The next day, I followed up with them. They said they had to send me a new contract because... Reasons. The new contract was three times their quote. Now they wasted my time and money on my deposit. Run, don't walk away from this scam of a company.

It was a long journey but at it came to the close was worth it . Started two weeks ago ,I asked for my truck to be picked up on the 23rd and dropped on the 24th I was told no problem after the deposit was made and driver was set came to the day the drivers tire was bad so it went to pick up in 26th drop 27th ,which I understand life happens I told dispatch that the truck has to be picked up by the 1st of jan no exception he said no problem well after the 1st no pick up and wanted to move the price to 3 times the agreed price which would have been fine if given that price to begin with but I said no I can't do it then I called to cancel altogether because I had it figured out 4 times the amount agreed upon from the dispatch but I was going to have it done myself ,the next morning after I tried to cancel the 2nd ,I get a quote that was doable so I told dispatch to get the driver to contact me and his company name is Thomas Coleman freight ,one of the best drivers I ever met very respectful very good enthusiasm all around great person and if I ever do business with this company again ,I will be using him .. I give a 5 star to the driver but the company I give a 4 because of the time it took for it to be picked up and I didn't care so much when it was dropped as long as in a few days but I almost lost a truck dear to me because of your lack of communication in the future when someone sets up a vehicle for pick up you give them a quote make sure it's an honest one and the driver is already available don't jump a price 3 times the amount you said ,say what you mean and mean what you say asked the driver what they would charge before giving a quote..thank you that is all but also thank you for the driver your hired because my wife and I made a new friend..

You are a lack of respect your car was not picked up because it was dispatched by 3 different companies I answered all your calls and you are upset because you had a Brocker fee of 300 paying only 200 to the driver but if you do not remove the negative that is unfair I will report you for lack of respect I have communicated with you all the time

IF YOU ARE LOOKING TO SHIP YOUR CAR FROM A TO B GUYS DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS BROKER GROUP THEY GAVE ME A TOTAL COST FOR $1100 OVER THE PHONE THEN EMAIL ME $1350 AND WHEN THE CAR GOT TO ME MADE ME PAY 1550. DO NOT!! I REPEAT DO NO BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY.

If I could give 10 stars I would! Most polite, communicative, and trusted company I could have ever found. I highly recommend using this for any and all transport of vehicles. Edward Ron was exceptionally friendly and always checking in to make the transfer as smooth as can be.

Fraudulent and Predatory company!!! BEWARE GUYS!!! I made a $50 deposit to ship my car but later on a guy with a fake name Jacob called me and said that I have to pay$100 to the driver to get his fuel and come to you which wasn’t in the contract and he didn’t mention that before. When I wanted my deposit back, he threatened me that I have signed the contract. Stay away from them.

It was a good service, I'm happy to have my dads car back in Minnesota.

Edward Ron helped me out great. He followed up continuously with me and driver and helped me out. Sticked to the price we discussed.

Car shipped on time, picked right away and delivered on time. All this process maintained very well.

I don’t normally leave reviews only if it’s horrible service to make it public or extraordinary service. In this case, it’s extraordinary service. Shipping a car is a very frustrating experience due to the scams. I have shipped cars multiple times and have had my share problems with that industry. But once you have an exceptional treatment with a carrier, you have to let everyone else know so they can benefit from your experience. GROUPON FREIGHT, specifically MIKE JONES, did exactly what he promised, and I know I wasn’t easy to deal with because of my past experiences. I received everything in writing, contract was 100% met, the driver was courteous, took pictures inside and out, gave me a bill of lading, called me within the hour of delivering my car, then he did FaceTime with me showing the car inside and out and then sent me the pictures. You can’t beat that service. So next time you need to ship a car, it all depends upon your contact. So if you want a smooth, honest transaction with shipping your car, you have to ask for MIKE JONES.
