BAD experience with Groupon Freight…

BAD experience with Groupon Freight LLC.
The quote for the transportation of a vehicle was $585.00. With a down payment of $100, which was paid.
Then a request for an additional $250 for Insurance (upfront) was requested and paid.
When the pickup was being scheduled, the new price was $800. And the $800 had to be paid to the driver and the $350 would be refunded. Then we were told the pickup could NOT happen and it had to be rescheduled.
The new new pickup price was $900. Paid to the driver and the $350 would be refunded to us.
The vehicle was picked up and delivered. The driver had an invoice stating the cost was $950 with $150 going to Groupon Freight LLC.
When we contacted Groupon Freight LLC for the $350 refund, we were told it would NOT be refunded. Even though it was stated in a text message that the $350 would be refunded.
All of what I have stated above can be confirmed with the text messages from Groupon Freight LLC.

Best shipping experience so far

I met Jacob, a rep from Groupon Frieght at a local car show, and man am I glad I did. Groupon Frieght had the best rate, hands down. The staff was friendly, quick to respond, and clear in their communication. My rep, Jacob, was especially helpful even into the evening. If you’re in the need for freight transportation anywhere in the US do not hesitate to reach out to them!
