I’m disappointed because I haven’t received my order yet, although I ordered around 20th of August and today is 13 of September. It was supposed to be a gift, I haven’t received it on time. I would like to have refund.

A Seller You Can Rely On For 1st Class Service
I can't find my original rating for this seller. There was a slight hiccup with my order. However, as soon as I mentioned it Grocery Kingdom were swift and only too happy to apologise and rectify the problem. I can assure all buyers.that Grocery Kingdom is a seller you can buy from with full confidence, as customer satisfaction is their number one priority.

Order Exchange
Our original order needed to be exchanged. Grocery Kingdom went out of their way to communicate, exchange and deliver the replacement, and they did this all very quickly.
