Slow delivery of goods. But would use again

What great service from ordering to delivery

Website says fulfilled, courier tracking number doesn’t work and says delayed - emailed to request refund but no response

I’m very unhappy about the unpleasant experience I had with my order. I received Dog food instead of turkey tea bags. I have sent in a complaint with evidence of my order and what I received but have not received any response yet. Want a refund please. Thanks

Ordered 10x packs of Ribena and they only delivered 5x packs, the tracking shows part delivered. It took me over a week to contact them. the phone number on there website is a mobile which dont work.

Grocery kingdom are claiming its all been delivered. Poor customer care and you cant get through to them.
I have reported this to my credit card company and have issued a chargeback.

AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY TELL LIES

Ordered weeks ago and only half my order turned up. Have emailed 3 times and just being ignored!!!

Terrible service I want my money back!

Easy to use website with competitive pricing but both times poorly packaged causing a couple of the drinks to leak, sort the packaging out and it would be 5 stars

I haven't used this company before and quite rightly was a little sceptical about the great price for the hard to find breakfast cereal. I needn't have worried. My order was processed immediately and dispatched soon after. Cannot fault the customer service and such a competitive price too. Based on my first experience I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Disgraceful company, would never use again and I would urge you not to use them. Apart from part of my order being completely wrong (totally wrong flavour and crisp type) I ordered 2 cases of Evian water with the sports cap, instead of these arriving in the brand packaging boxes I found loose bottle thrown into one big packaging box (no problem with that) instead of receiving 24 bottles they had only sent 23, one of the other bottles had clearly been opened so that one was destined for the bin taking me down to a total of 22. I also noticed at a slightly later date these bottles seem quite scuffed like they’ve been kicking around somewhere for quite some time. I emailed the company as it suggested if you had any queries and to this day have heard nothing! Next time I’ll pay an extra £1.50 and order from Amazon, at least they acknowledge their customers if there’s an issue!

It's a scam because I didn't received what I order, I emailed Grocery Kingdom the sales department a month ago and I didn't received an answer about the order. I would give 0 stars if I could

Once the company got back to me they were very helpful. They sorted the delivery to arrive two days after our contact on compensated me for the inconvenience.

Easy to do and a very quick turnaround and delivery.

GroceryKingdom had the products I can't buy from normal supermarkets and was pleased to find them here. The items were well packaged and nothing was missing or damaged in transit. Delivery was quick and on time. I am happy with the items and would buy from seller again.
