Easy order and well packaged, shipped quickly

First of all, I just want to say a great big thank you to Boxset and Chill for delivering my parcel so quickly, and so well packaged to boot! I ordered the Anti-Venom Pop & T shirt combo, and was so happy to see how well protected it was. I've had issues with other companies in the past, just thinking a box will do, but Boxset and Chill double-wrapped my parcel.

Secondly, I just want to say thank you for delivering the goods! I've seen this Pop go for over £100, and many people are flipping these for twice the price Boxset and Chill are charging, so much respect for the fair price!

Fantastic delivery, pop came in a brilliant protector, packaged well too. Great customer service too, responded very fast to any questions I had. Highly recommended, will be shopping again here for sure !

I ordered a Pop! Vinyl figurine...I received 10 Halogen bulbs. These bulbs fit easily through the letter box, however were also packaged in a box so large I had to go to the post office to collect them. An entirely frustrating experience and a complete waste of time and money.

Communication was really helpful, I emailed them to ask about the delivery ETA for my Little Mermaid pops and they were super quick to answer and also kept me updated when they were due to dispatch etc.
They came packaged really well, all in Pop protecters which was a nice surprise!

Really cool place to buy box sets from! I didn’t expect the delivery to be so quick! Ordered one day and it arrived 2/3 days later, really pleased with the quality of the products!

I cannot fault delivery and easy of purchase all splendid. Only reason for not giving 5 stars is I'd have preferred the deadpool box to have been in better condition. Advert didn't specify anything to indicate and box conditions but my son will love it and it was an affordable way to get the pop he wanted .
