Absolutely first class communication…
Absolutely first class communication from beginning to end. Secure packaging and reassurance from Grey Wizard, especially when I am a collector. They even supplied photos of the actual item to clarify that the item was good for me. Fantastic customer service!

Dear Barwir, we apologise for the delay in sending this out to you, but we had sent you a couple of emails regarding your order to which we received no response. In addition, this was an overseas order which naturally have longer shipping times.
It's a shame also that you didn't even attempt to contact us directly through one of our numerous contact methods, regarding your order, and instead came straight here.
I can see that your order was delivered on 17th April, one day after your review here, and as we have heard nothing else from you since, hope that everything is fine with your order, including the free extra gift we included as an apology for the delay.

You may not be aware but although it would be helpful to our cashflow if we were able to demand tax from French residents, we are sadly not the France tax authority and have no control over charges raised by them. As such, customs and import charges are always the buyer's responsibility and we also state this on all of our listings for the avoidance of any doubt or confusion. Zut alors, it appears that you missed this.
As for the 'broken' box, this is the first we have heard of it so can't comment on this without any further details, and we are unable to handle customer service queries over Trustpilot. Perhaps try one of our many other means of contact that we have available, all of which you seem to have missed.

I have ordered from this company twice and would happily do so again. Although there was a slight delay with my most recent package due to circumstances beyond their control, the company communicated clearly throughout and made every effort to ensure it arrived as quickly as possible. I am very satisfied with the level of customer service provided and would definitely recommend them to others.

The way it was advertised i believed i was getting a lego set instead i recieved a mini figure and was very disapointed i beleived i had found a bargain

Happy New Year Ollie! Apologies that you were disappointed, but it might be best to let Mummy and Daddy do your online shopping in future especially until they've taught you to read.
Sadly there are no genuine Lego sets with over 1300 pieces that only cost £8, and the item you purchased was clearly marked as a minifigure. If you had contacted us directly, you would of course have been entitled to a return.
I hope you enjoy the last couple of days of the school holidays and good luck back at school next week.
