Green Thumb 3
We had Green Thumb 3 treatment in early September
The person involved was very helpful and considerate
However , because of the dry weather he only spot weeded the lawn and this has resulted in more weeds in the lawn now

Thank you for your feedback.
During the drier months, we often apply a targeted weed treatment rather than a blanket application. This treatment works on weeds that are actively growing at the time of application, but it does not prevent new weed seedlings from germinating afterwards.
If you notice new weeds appearing following a treatment, please get in touch with us. We'll be happy to arrange a revisit to assess and treat any weeds that have emerged since our last visit.
Thank you Adrian
Efficient and polite

Green Thumb has been very beneficial to…
Green Thumb has been very beneficial to my lawns. They were treated just before the drought and suffered in consequence but, with the onset of the heavy showers, put on a remarkable recovery and are now very verdant and healthy. What more could you want? Add to that the friendly advice and help from GT operatives and you have a winner.

Thank you for your feedback and for sharing your concerns.
We appreciate that finding seven bags of garden waste left behind was frustrating, particularly as it was difficult for you to move them yourself. As part of our service, we advise customers before treatment that green waste cannot be removed in your area due to waste carrier licence restrictions. However, we understand the inconvenience this may have caused.
Thank you for your comments, which help us review how we communicate this information and our services more clearly.
