Mowing day
The lawn was mowed has booked and the areas were left clean and tidy I perhaps expected the lawn to be cut shorter as after 4 days it was needing to be cut again
There are still bear patches in the lawns and it would have been good if I had got advice on these areas via the recommendations on the app as I was not available on the day

Great service for my lawn.
I’ve been with green thumb for many years and have been more than satisfied with the service. The price is fair and they communicate well and provide advice regarding the state of my lawns and the range of services they offer in addition to the regular treatments. This year has been a massive challenge and with water restrictions the lawn has suffered. However I’m hoping that the Autumn will bring the rain we desperately need so that my grass will have a chance of recovery. I would give 5 stars if the operative would clean up the excess fertiliser that gets sprayed on to my paths and patio.

Over weeded
I especially asked for the weed treatment to be kept away from the seedlings in the lawn which were cordoned off, they’re all dying!
Please could you train your staff that the spinner is VERY far reaching, this isn’t the first time I’ve mentioned this. Or perhaps, like a strimmer, it needs some sort of cover to stop this, surely I’m not alone?
Apart from that, all good, the operator was polite, helpful and arrived as advised.

We had Green Thumb 3 treatment in early September
The person involved was very helpful and considerate
However , because of the dry weather he only spot weeded the lawn and this has resulted in more weeds in the lawn now

During the drier months, we often apply a targeted weed treatment rather than a blanket application. This treatment works on weeds that are actively growing at the time of application, but it does not prevent new weed seedlings from germinating afterwards.
If you notice new weeds appearing following a treatment, please get in touch with us. We'll be happy to arrange a revisit to assess and treat any weeds that have emerged since our last visit.
