Very mixed feelings.
I have no problem with the service of your operatives locally in Lawn treatment or Hard surfaces treatment. I fact I am generally extremely pleased.
However, the accounts department sending me invoices and claiming that direct debits are not possible when I paid for annual treatment programme by monthly direct debit. The left hand does not seem to know what the right hand is doing!!!!!!
