Once again absolutely excellent service…
Once again absolutely excellent service from Edward and David who came today to aerate scarify and overseed our lawn. Our grass was in terrible condition before Green Thumb started treating it. After just a few treatments the difference is amazing. The level of expertise and the depth of knowledge of the staff is impressive. Today, as before, these guys were outstanding.

Very disappointed with the service I’ve…
Very disappointed with the service I’ve received from GreenThumb.
I’ve been a customer for many years and, in the past, my lawn was always lush and green. Unfortunately, it now looks terrible. I fully appreciate that the recent drought hasn’t helped and I’m not blaming GreenThumb entirely for the condition of the lawn. My biggest issue is actually the customer service.
I’ve emailed several times and haven’t received a single response. I understand there have been significant changes to the way the business is now run and it certainly doesn’t feel like the local service I used to receive.
Eventually, having lost confidence in the service, I contacted GreenThumb to cancel my contract and also cancelled my Direct Debit. Despite this, another treatment appointment was subsequently scheduled. As nobody has responded to my emails, I have no idea whether they have even acknowledged that I’ve cancelled.
After being a loyal customer for many years, it’s extremely disappointing to end things this way. Good customer service is about communication, and unfortunately that seems to have disappeared.
I’ve now lost faith in GreenThumb and have moved to another lawn care company. Hopefully the customer service side of the business improves, because historically I had been very happy with them.

I never thought that my garden would…
I never thought that my garden would ever come back from the very hot wether e had this summer, but after Green Thumb came and gave it a treatment the grass has really become lush and beautiful again, it looks lovely now, and I would recommend everyone to use Green Thumb for the garden.
