Great pans
Great pans. We're very happy with them. We knew we would be, because our daughter received these pans as a wedding gift, and we bought ours based on her experience. The only issue I had is that I wanted to surprise my husband with the set of pans and lids, and when the box arrived, I presented them to him--and discovered, too late, that it contained only lids. No pans. I had no idea that they could/would ship separately. Aside from that disappointment (and the momentary confusion that ensued), we are quite satisfied.

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

There was an obvious defect in the…
There was an obvious defect in the coating on the pan and each customer service rep tried to brush it off saying I used metal utensils on the pan. It took a few weeks to get it resolved. Not buying GreenPan in the future if the position of the company is to not stand behind their warranties. I felt it was very unprofessional to not take ownership of the defect in the product.

The two large ceramic pans I received as incredibly nonstick however the 1 small ceramic coated pan I received is not non-stick at all.

Customer service and warranty is fantastic. However the product even when properly taken care of fails extremely fast. I lost the non stick in both my orignal pans and the replacements all within two months

The lid for the 12" Wok was damaged…
The lid for the 12" Wok was damaged when I received it. Called the 800 number and a very nice lady said they would ship me another one. No pictures, nothing returned. They simply just shipped a replacement. Makes it really easy to give 5 stars. Great customer service.
