I just love this pan
I just love this pan. It is my new favorite. What a pleasure just opening the box, it was packed with high quality materials, and it comes with a special color coded spatula.
My only complaint is the inside rim of the pan chipped, probably something fell on it in the sink. No biggie, the pan and lid are so nice, I forgive it. I got the Reserve Pro hard anodized healthy ceramic everyday pan in Cream color.

One pan was defective / horrible customer service
One pan was defective, contacted company they stated they sent a replacement (which was much smaller) and never received and no follow-up from the company.

My order was delayed 2 weeks
My order was delayed 2 weeks. Sat at the FEDEX facility for 2 weeks in Cincinnati. When the order arrived the box was a mess, barely holding together. Taped and re taped and dirty. Smashed in corners. Second order was placed and that was stuck there too but then they both arrived together finally. Second shipment had damaged box. Green Pan was unable to arrange pick up for first order through FEDEX for return. Unusual.

Possibly the worst non stick frypan ever.
I have followed instructions to the letter .Everything sticks like mud .Wish I could get my money back.Only used about 10 times.Feeling ripped off

We are very sorry to hear about the issues with your cookware. This issue can be easily resolved! It is likely that you may have a layer of carbonized oil built up on your pan that will create a barrier between the pan and your food. When this happens, you are basically cooking on the layer of oil as opposed to the surface of the pan. This layer may not be visible. This cleaning method has proven to be extremely successful and can be used when you notice staining and/or sticking. For the best results, please try this method twice. Once complete, you may resume normal washing with soap and sponge. Fill the pan halfway with water and bring to a simmer/near boil for about 2 minutes. Pour out the water and place the pan on a sturdy surface such as a wooden cutting board. Carefully use a wet Melamine sponge on the warm surface to wipe away any excess oil or food; this should do the trick. If this does not work, please email GreenPan directly at customercare.us@greenpan.com. They are happy to help!

Kook dit merk pannen nooit! Ze zijn duur en binnen een jaar doet de antiaanbaklaag het niet meer!
De fabrikant gaat dan smoesjes verzinnen om geen garantie te geven zoals, 'je heb de pannen te heet gemaakt of je hebt de verkeerde olie gebruikt`.
Belachelijk wat een prutsmerk.
Normaal mee omgegaan en niks anders dan andere merken uit het verleden die het vele jaren langer volhielden!!!!

Het spijt ons te horen dat u problemen ervaart met uw kookgerei. Dit probleem is eenvoudig op te lossen! Mogelijk heeft zich een laagje aangekoekte olie op de pan gevormd, dat een barrière vormt tussen de pan en uw voedsel. Hierdoor bakt u eigenlijk op de olielaag in plaats van op het oppervlak van de pan zelf. Deze laag is niet altijd zichtbaar. De volgende reinigingsmethode is zeer effectief en kan worden toegepast wanneer u vlekken of aanbakken opmerkt. Voor het beste resultaat raden wij aan deze methode twee keer te herhalen. Daarna kunt u de pan weer gewoon afwassen met afwasmiddel en een spons. Vul de pan voor de helft met water en breng dit gedurende ongeveer 2 minuten tegen de kook aan (zachtjes laten sudderen). Giet het water af en zet de pan op een stevige ondergrond, zoals een houten snijplank. Gebruik voorzichtig een vochtige melamine-spons op het warme oppervlak om overtollige olie of etensresten te verwijderen; dit zou het probleem moeten verhelpen.
Not very happy with the pan after…
Not very happy with the pan after several uses. After seasoning the pan with oil the pan has some discoloration on the handle the bottom and the inside of the pan. The non stick did not keep my omelets from sticking. I would love to return and get my money back.

Ça accroche…
Les casseroles sont ok en revanche le revêtement des poêle est plus que moyen…La mienne accroche même avec de l’huile, impossible de cuire un œuf au plat correctement!
Je comprends mieux pourquoi les stocks ont échoué chez carrefour pour leurs opérations vignettes…
PS: j’avais mis deux étoiles mais devant leur réponse type du style « ça colle car vous ne savez pas nettoyer la poêle… » je vais mettre une seule et obligatoire étoile.

Nous sommes navrés d'apprendre que vous rencontrez des problèmes avec vos ustensiles de cuisson. Ce souci peut être facilement résolu ! Il est probable qu'une couche d'huile carbonisée se soit accumulée sur votre poêle, créant ainsi une barrière entre celle-ci et les aliments. Dans ce cas, vous cuisinez en réalité sur cette couche d'huile plutôt que sur la surface de la poêle elle-même. Cette couche peut être invisible à l'œil nu. La méthode de nettoyage suivante s'est révélée très efficace ; vous pouvez l'utiliser si vous constatez des taches ou si les aliments accrochent. Pour un résultat optimal, nous vous conseillons de répéter l'opération deux fois. Une fois terminé, vous pourrez reprendre un nettoyage classique à l'aide d'une éponge et de liquide vaisselle. Remplissez la poêle d'eau à moitié et portez à frémissement (ou presque à ébullition) pendant environ 2 minutes. Videz l'eau et posez la poêle sur une surface stable, comme une planche à découper en bois. Utilisez avec précaution une éponge en mélamine humide sur la surface encore chaude pour éliminer tout résidu d'huile ou d'aliment ; cela devrait suffire.
Appareils défectueux à répetition
J'ai commandé un appareil à faire des glaces. Le premier ne marchait pas. Le second a marché pendant 3 semaines et le bol s'est cassé. GreenPan nous a dit que de nouveaux bols étaient en cours de fabrication et seraient disponibles 15 jours plus tard. 3 semaines plus tard, ils nous ont dit que les bols seraient disponibles 6 semaines plus tard et nous ont envoyé une nouvelle machine. Cette nouvelle machine ne marchait pas! A ce jour, ils refusent de nous rembourser, ce qui est en violation de la loi française. Il faut aussi savoir qu'ils ne fournissent pas de pièces détachées donc si votre appareil cesse de fonctionner, vous ne pourrez pas le faire réparer.

Pande med ujævn bund
Vi købte en greenpan evolution 30cm stegepande i Imerco. Da vi kom hjem og tog den i brug viste det sig, at bunden var buet, så fedtstoffet på panden løber ud i siden. Da vi klagede gennem Imerco fik vi besked om, at det var sådan den var. Vi kan derfor ikke anbefale køb af greenpans produkter.

The customer service was exceptional, not to mention how quickly the issues were taken care of.
I have used the griddle just once, but I am happy with the way it heats up quickly and uniformly. It fits my needs perfectly.
