LOVE your products !! I have the travel blender and the rice cooker

..unfortunately , my travel blender lid broke at the spring attachment so , the lid does not stay attached or the little loop to hold it .

I am saddened by that (even though it is still usable and I do love it!)

GreenPan has a terrible return policy. I had to pay $70 to return a crockpot that was never used and in it's original packaging. I returned it because the pot is made with a cheap plastic external material (which isn't obvious in the online photo) rather than metal. The UPS store felt bad for me and told me to ask GreenPan for at least a non-paid shipping label to cut down on cost. I called twice but the manager refused due to their policy. By the time a third rep (via email) tried to resolve the matter, I had already been declined twice and paid for shipping. I sent a copy of my receipt. They have not reimbursed me for return shipping. I will never order anything from GreenPan again - ever!

The pans are outstanding. Slipperiest ever! Cleaning is minimal effort.

My wife loves the rice cooker. It works well and has lots of adjustments one can make to adjust cooking. Is well made and sturdy.

Product quality is exceptional! You can't get any better than GreenPan for safe and nontoxic cookware.

Don’t wait, just buy it. Love how it handles and cooks. Wish I bought it sooner!

These pans are great! I fried shrimp with no oil and thought I'd burned them. Nothing stuck to the pan! Awesome!

Have used the "milk pan" twice, with excellent performance each time! I highly recommend GreenPan products to anyone looking for a quality non-stick product.

We received a bent skillet as part of a 10 piece order. I simply sent pics and 1 week later my wife was pleased to receive a new skillet. You guys are great!!!!

Green pan is Absolutely Amazing ! Easy to clean easy to cook with. I’ll never go back to anything else! 1 down side is the handles do get hot!

It feels light weight but cooks like a heavy weight champion. Easy to clean and cooks evenly. We did have an issue with a grill pan but the customer service department fixed the issue for us. The entire set of Valencia Pro pans is working great!

The pans are delightful to cook with. When I had questions before ordering, it was so easy to get in touch with their customer service department. They answered the phone immediately, spoke English fluently, and answered my questions politely and professionally.

The cookware has quality and cooks evenly. Cleaning is simple. I just hope the safety information is correct and no residue is passed to food.

The lid I ordered came in dented. With only one quick phone call, the company FedExed a replacement lid to me at no charge. The new lid was received without damage and works exceptionally well with the pan I ordered.
