Best pan I have used.

I purchased the 12 inch skillet with glass cover. I believed I was purchasing the blue to match the rest of my set. It was gray. I sent an email to either exchange it or return it. I have yet to receive a response. I filled it out with the order number and pertinent information. No response yet.

My green pan came with a chip on edge

Needed to replace my black plastic cooking utensils, microplastics and all, so was looking into all safer options. I took a leap of faith on these after puzzling over the different types and am glad I did. They are SO substantial! The steel core gives each item a solid feel, while the silicon covering is kind to my non-stick pans. The price is very fair for what you get. The ceramic crock to hold them in is a lovely addition to my counter.

I received a bent fry pan, so I contacted the company. They quickly sent me another with no problem. Customer service was fantastic! Unfortunately, the replacement fry pan was also bent. I didn't bother contacting the company again.

I always hesitated getting a crock pot because my old one was so hard to clean. Had I found Greenpan earlier it would have saved so much time cooking for my big eating boys. I love this thing. I didn’t need the bells and whistles of the top model and this is perfect. Highly recommend!
