Hi Pat, thanks, but these review are not based on any genuine experience.
You may also wish to acknowledge that Trustpilot reviews are intended for people who have genuinely dealt with a business. In this case, we have never carried out any work at your property, nor have we had any contractual arrangement with you. On that basis, the review is untrue and not genuine.
We understand that you are in a long-standing dispute with your leaseholder, who arranged the work with us. Ms Thomas is entirely satisfied with the work carried out, and her review can be seen here.
During the call, Tauseef explained that we cannot discuss work carried out for a third party with you, as you are not a party to the contract. The work was carried out at the long leaseholder’s flat with her permission, and we do not require the freeholder’s permission in this instance. He also advised you to seek legal advice, as preventing your leaseholder from installing an extractor fan may not be legally enforceable because having extractor fan in Bathroom & kitchen is necessary to make the accommodation habitable.
As you have never conducted any business with us, we reserve the right to take legal action for reputational damage to our company if untrue information continues to be published.
