All about wine is rapidly becoming my favourite and go-to wine merchant. They have a great variety of wines which are delivered promptly and professionally. Recently back from Sardinia where I enjoyed fantastic wines and AAW is the only wine merchant I could find back here with a robust selection of Sardinian wines I could enjoy.

I order from All About Wine 2 or 3 times a year. Prices are always competitive and Piers is very quick to respond and resolve any problems.

Unfortunately one of the boxes of wine I ordered was damaged in transport. Joanna reached out to me straight away to double check which box I received and which one was damaged. A replacement is on its way to me as we speak. Excellent customer service and great prices

I am delighted to have found All About Wine; After the Wine Society's faustian pact with DHL (check out their Trustpilot rating) forced me to part ways, with an organisation that has rather lost its interest in customer service, I spent a long time researching alternative on-line wine merchants. So far, AAB have provided me with an wide selection of well priced wines, which have included some excellent wild ferment South African whites. They are delivered by APC, who seem to care about standards of delivery. Communication has also been straightforward and honest - take note WS. Thank you AAB, please keep it up!

Same as reviews below for me. Order didn’t arrive in time for Christmas so they said they would refund. That was 4 months ago and still waiting. Telephone calls not answered. Shame as I have had wine from them before and there was no issue.

I have ordered wine many times from AAW. They always respond promptly to communications, and are helpful.
Sometimes wines are not obtainable, but they will let you know quickly.
When I've had odd requests, or had to add to or change my order, it has never been a problem.
Add to that, that the wines are always excellent, I would highly recommend this company.

Excellent service and guidance when ordering. I didn't enjoy a particular case of Pinto Noir (personal taste, nothing wrong with the wine) but Piers was extremely helpful in making sure my All About Wine experience was a good one. Recommendations of a different selection were suggested and orders were swapped without any hassle. Courier picked up old order and new order delivered at the same time. Amazing service and I will be buying my wine from here in future. Customer service at it's best!

Great first order from AAW, we're members of the Wine Society but have had some disappointments over time with selection and DHL as a courier. I believe I found this website when using Vivino and struggled to find particular wishlist bottles from a different vendor.
Everything I wanted was in stock and we received prompt overnighted delivery from APC without a hitch.

I have ordered twice now from All About Wine - they are great value for money and exceptional service.

The most recent order was for 2 cases. One arrived but the other didn't. I sent an email enquiring and within 1 hour I'd had a response (not automated) and within 12 hours I had an update of what had happened and confirmation that my remaining case would be delivered that day. I've order quite a few times and to be honest can't fault the service and delivery, good product and good price, and always prompt delivery. Even when there was a difficulting with the payment process, Piers, responded very promptly to assist. highly recommended

They had a stock issue and did let me know straight away. Joanna did take interest in solving the situation as fast as she could. I will definitely buy again from Allaboutwine.

I have ordered several times from All About Wine in the last year and have received consistently good service - and wines!
They have a huge selection of wines and always the best prices.
I always like to try different wines so the one downside is that some wines are only available in a minimum of 6 bottles.
Highly recommended.

Great selection of wine and great prices. The customer service was pretty bleak. I received the incorrect wine and when the courier picked up my incorrect wine without replacing the bottle I complained. I never had a personal note from the company, just got CC'd into the owner's dispute with the courier. A pretty bad, impersonal way of doing business. I was very polite to the owner and let him know the status of my order, and he never bothered replying.

Would never order again, as similar prices and selections can be found elsewhere, without rude blokes attached.

We ordered a case of wine & a single bottle of Whispering Angel from All about Wine on Monday, and the wine was swiftly delivered to us on the Wednesday. We had a query before ordering which Piers (the owner) promptly replied to. The wine was very well packaged and the delivery driver from APC was really lovely.
