The process is quick and efficient. I appreciate the fact that I can eventually get ownership of the bike for a £1 payment when the hire agreement ends, and the shop I bought from appreciated the fact that the commission charged is low.

Having been suggested this scheme by friends and it being in my work portal for staff schemes i thought i would give them a try and i'm glad i did! They could not have been more helpful throughout buying my bike. Emails were replied to promptly and with informative answers. This is the third different cycle-to-work scheme that I have used since 2008 and it is undoubtedly the most effortless and most professional. Highly recommended.

I chose a bike at 10:00 and got the voucher at 16:00 on the same day! Obviously this relied on my company paying the invoice promptly, but CGI did each of their steps within the hour.

Claire and Eileen at GCI were very helpful every time i called to check on the progress of my scheme purchase, helping me to move things along from both sides to get the process all tied up in no time.

Claire was also very helpful in explaining the process of salary deductions and how the scheme works
