Greenandgrounded Recensioni

The Green & Grounded team are second to none in terms of quality of service and the plants/flowers they sell. Friendly and professional staff and super reliable in all the offers they provide. Plus it's a truly small independent business, run by people who genuinely care about our local community in Altrincham. What's not to love!

Really helpful advice in choosing a plant suited to my office. Really friendly and approachable too!

Wow I just opened my first ever order from this company and I'm amazed. I didn't know anything about them but I was looking for a very specific thaumatophyllum that's pretty hard to find these days, and this was one of three places in the UK that had it listed. I chose G&G because they seemed to be a smaller shop run by passionate planty people - and I'm sooo glad I did.

OK first off: I wish I could attach photos to this review because the. plants. are. HUGE. They are all way bigger than I was expecting. The alocasia stingray has 5 giant leaves and 3 baby plant offshoots. It's about a metre tall. Incredible value.

They are also all healthy and thriving so it's clear they were well taken care of by knowledgeable and attentive staff. This is backed up by the fact that I called last week prior to ordering to ask about one of the plants, and the person who answered (right away) knew about it off the top of their head. There is a wide selection of plants available from this shop so I was impressed. Plus they were very friendly.

I cannot recommend this highly enough. My experience today makes me want to visit their store in Manchester just to shop in person and maybe attend one of their workshops or something.

Green+Grounded you guys have made my day thank you so much!

Just very lovely people 💚 Attended a terrarium workshop and they are so knowledgeable and good at what they do!

Rowan was really friendly and knowledgeable. She made a beautiful bespoke flower arrangement for my Mum’s funeral. It was beautiful and exactly what we asked for.

Really prompt response when I had a query and lovely, polite people.

Can’t wait for mum to get her Mother’s Day bouquet 💐

Fantastic wreath making event at A Bloc, Thank you to Green and Grounded and A Bloc🎄🥂

lovely plant shop, very friendly and helpful staff

Stumbled onto Green and Grounded by chance while looking for houseplants on the net. Never heard of them before. Bought a Crystallinum Karma Crystal. Delivered quickly. Plant well packaged, with no damage. And what a whooper of a plant.-huge! About a dozen of very good size simmering leaves with gorgeous veins. Really happy with this purchase. Highly recommended.

The website was very easy to use and the notification of my purchase was extremely quick. Great shop if you visit too.

So knowledgeable, friendly and incredibly helpful xx

Quality of plants and the quick response to emails and requests.

Fanastic service, brilliant communication and great products. All round very lovely people

I’m a nervous and novice plant owner, so was very happy to be directed to exactly what I needed after explaining the look and location of the plant I wanted. Brilliant communication too - as the plant pot size I needed was out of stock. I was contacted within a day or so to let me know it was now available. Many thanks

Rowan was so helpful in delivering the look I was going for in a recent order and my partner loved the sentiment that Rowan provided. Utterly beautiful.

Rowan and Matt are super friendly and will do their best to locate a plant you want. In my case, I wanted a new palm of a height that they didn’t have in so they ordered it in for me and also did free local delivery. They have a great range of plants and flowers. I love to buy bouquets of rainbow gypsophila from there too as they are always the best! 💐

The only issue I had was down to delivery with DPD local. As for the shop they were awesome . They answered emails straight away . We’re extremely kind and lovely. They were on the ball with the issue and even gave me a full refund. Can’t fault Green and Grounded in any way. Excellent service

Friendly helpful staff in both Altrincham and Sale shop
