I love the products, but it’s a shame the products are abroad and not in the UK, hence the delay in delivery. However, I will definitely purchase again.

I ordered some beautiful spoons for my friends birthday arrived..the consignment was held up in customs but Zulima went over and above to get them to me..keeping me informed on a daily basis and at the last minute personally sent them by special delivery to arrive in time..exceptional service

Wow, High Class Touch, what a great find for the most beautiful and unique home accessories. I couldn’t be happier with my order and the quality of my purchase, just stunning and so happy. Great customer service and quality of products. I would highly recommend and will definitely be purchasing some more beautiful home accessories in the near future.

Please avoid this seller - poor quality items and illegal policies. First order had a faulty damaged item, had to argue with seller to get a return as was first denied it. Marble tray and gold apple discoloured after several months only - no other decor I have ever had has done this. I bought new ones and she tells me because they are on sale they are non-returnable!
This is also against UK law. She also charges 5% fee - Re-stocking fees are actually illegal. Under UK distance selling regulations she should be accepting returns without a fee and should definitely be taking returns on faulty or sale items - she directed me to her policies on her website but does not seem to understand policies are not legally binding if they are not in line with the law. Don't know how long they have been trading in the UK but their policies are not in line with UK distance selling regulations at all! All round disappointment with illegal policies, terrible customer service and very over priced poor quality items. Please please avoid.

She replied below to confirm they do not take returns on sale items - this is against the law! Strongly suggest High Class Touch gets legal advice!

Whatever I bought from High Class Touch is top quality. Zulima is very professional always ready to help and she does that with professionalism but at the same time with a friendly touch. The tray with the stand I bought recently is absolutely beautiful and Zulima went out of her way to get the tray for me. I am a returning customer and I always introduce Zulima and her company to friends and family and I will continue to do my purchases from High Class Touch
