A ‘Great’ company with outstanding customer service.
When a recent case of wine arrived, I realised that I had ordered the wrong wine.
I contacted Great Wines Direct and spoke to David who couldn’t have been more helpful! He took my order for the wine that I had meant to order, which was delivered within 3 days, and arranged the collection of the wrong case of wine and a full refund.
I would recommend this company highly - they really want what is best for the customer.
Fabulous wine too!

Great Wines Direct ReDelivery Missing Items
I placed an rder with the above company. Deliver of two cases was to be made by Yodel.
The carrier only delivered one of the cases. When I advised Great Wines Direct they agreed to replace the missing case.
I am very grateful to them for their generosity and their prompt response.

I waited all morning for the delivery and then later found the driver claimed I was not at home.
Totally untrue. Sat by the window waiting at the time he claimed to be there
I understand they will deliver again tomorrow. Will believe it when it happens

I always used to buy this wine directly from spanish sellers until I found it available at GreatWines. Obviously this means I have to pay less for shipping & also get much faster delivery! Cheers
