If you're from South Australia make sure to ask for Steven as your installer. He can't do anything less than perfect. It's hard to find any tradespeople that take pride in their workmanship. Hayden was extremely professional and…
Hayden was extremely professional and helpful, providing all the information I needed to make decisions. He followed up on the installation which went ahead on my preferred day. The unit is very neat and we were able to taste a difference in our drinking water almost immediately. I think it's a great investment in our home and our health.

Legendary service
Legendary service - Mike who installed the system was great, shoes off at the door (I didn't ask) and went out of his way to make an additional trip to the shop to get some parts needed for our kitchen mixer tap to be replaced as well as installing the under sink filter system. Water from filter tap had a slight funny taste to it after initial flush for 40 mins, for the first day or two, but has cleared up after more usage - very pure tasting water. Much appreciated and would recommend their service.
