Unfortunately wrote her name down,now I cannot find it,I asked her if I was too old for this Journey and she reassured me I wasn't,we had a pleasant conversation.
Answered all my questions with no problem and gave me more info on journey,thank you very much.

Very efficient company, which is able to answer your queries promptly.
I rang initially and was told that all the phone operators were busy, but l would get a call back. A lady called Morgan, l think, rang back within 15mins. She handled my booking very efficiently and we are now looking forward to our third excursion with Great Rail Journeys.

Efficient, pleasant and prompt
Needing to phone to book the contact was prompt. The booking process was easy to follow and details of minor changes to the itinerary were shared clearly. The person who dealt with the booking was delightful to speak to and very efficient.

Rapid and courteous service.
I called Great Rail Journeys to book a holiday using a loyalty discount which could only be redeemed over the telephone. I was quickly connected to a customer advisor who dealt with my booking efficiently and courteously.

No surprises on this easy to use website
Just made a booking for a trip to the Isle of Man for later this year.
I found the website easy to use with comprehensive trip details.
Having made the booking I needed to check that I had made the upgrade I wanted correctly so a quick call to the help line and to my surprise a human spoke (not a bott in sight) and my query was answered.
Now I wait, with fingers crossed, for a flaming June to enjoy our trip.
