Helpful and well informed about the holiday. However, some features were not as the website described.

Very friendly and knowledgeable agent.
Our call was answered almost immediately. The agent was very knowledgeable and reassured us on the one or two queries that we had. She then completed the booking in a very friendly and professional manor. We have been with GRJ before and that holiday was outstanding so we can't wait for this trip.

Great customer service so far!
I haven't been on the trip yet, but the customer service was great. I accidentally booked the flight from Manchester instead of Heathrow, but I called and Harry immediately helped me out changing everything really quickly and efficiently. If the trip is as good as their customer service beforehand, I'll be very happy.

The brochures are first rate giving a clear insight into the holidays on offer.

From the moment I rang the staff were…
From the moment I rang the staff were excellent. They held a place for us as nearly fully booked as I couldn't speak and check dates with my husband at that time. I called back next morning as promised and our places had been saved and we completed our booking
