Good service
Very helpful asssistant when I rang with a query. An additional £100 had been added under options when I tried to book online. It was not clear why until I rang to ask. It was because we had to book a room with a sea view as no standard rooms were left. Knowing this we were able to book online.

I had to ring back to get confirmation of my booking
which was blocked somewhere in the system but apart from that,no problems.
It was very easy to book, my questions were answered quickly and helpfully.

Very helpful lady on the phone.
After a small problem with booking online (my screen stuck at the payment part), I phoned the number on the brochure and spoke to Margaret who was very pleasant and completed my booking swiftly and efficiently.

So many exciting choices and options
So many exciting choices and options. All options in great detail accessable on line allowing to make a well informed decision.
We are to commence our journey on 22/05/2026 so will be in a better position to give an opinion on the experience and value for money on completion.
The reviews on line give us reason to be cautiously optimistic.
