Fantastic quality and price. Also I was told that it had to be delivered to the front door and I needed someone to help carry it around the back. But the van driver was so helpful and drove around the back and I had someone there to help lift it Thank you

Ordered artificial golf putting grass on 1st April with a 2-5 working day delivery policy. Received a text message from their courier, XDP, the following week to say they have the goods and they will be dispatched in the next couple of days, providing a tracking link. That was the last I heard. Chased this up with Grass247 the following week, 3 weeks after initially ordering from them, who said they will be contacting their courier to find out what is happening and to call them back for an update. Contacted Grass247 the following week who said they will raise the issue with their courier and this would take 48hrs. Decided to contact the courier directly and after some to-ing and fro-ing found out that they have had no further movement since a search was conducted and that all the relevant depots were unable to locate the goods. The couriers which Grass247 use are useless and time wasters. As a result I’ve cancelled the order for a full refund and ordered from another company.

Good quality fo the money couple off bald patches but I’m quite happy with it

The product was faulty, with two seams in the lawn very visible after the kiln-dried sand was brushed in, and a section that had a burn mark on it. They refused to help or do anything about it, so we have had to purchase elsewhere and do the job again.
