Great choice of vinyl floorcoverings. I even took home a sample to see what it looked like in situ.
Easy to order and book fitting.
Fitters really helpful, as there was a small problem with my old floor.

My experience was excellent both with customers experience and getting the job done.

The products they supply are of very good standard and wide variety of choice but the ‘fitting service’ leaves much to be desired!!

Ordered some LV flooring with extra length as there needed to be a join (with pattern).
They basically f**ked the join up and left it like patchwork!!
Also took the door off its hinges to fit floor, put it back on wrong and now does not even nearly close.
Made a formal complaint but still waiting for a reply…. 6 months.

I was looking for artificial grass & didn't realise that Wilson's carpets sold it until I googled it . There was lots of choice & great quality & I quickly chose & ordered the one I liked . I was told it would arrive in two days & it did ! They rang to tell me it was there & we picked it up the next day . It's been laid in my back garden & it looks fabulous. . I'm very happy with the quality, the service & value for money .

My daughter and I visited Wilsons Carpets for some new carpet for her bedroom, we browsed the carpets with no pressure and when she had decided on the one she wanted we received excellent customer service. We were advised on different options for delivery and there was no hard selling. In fact I was so happy with the customer service and price that I went back to buy some stairs carpet. Again excellent customer service.
The appointment to measure up was organised with free quote no obligation, the apointment was efficient and professional and no pressure to buy quotes came back to me the same day.
Thankyou Wilsons, my carpets were fitted today and I absolutely love the new fresh look.

Truly awful experience with Wilson’s. We booked our carpet fit 7 months ago and paid thousands for a custom high end stair runner. Wilson’s could not figure out how to do the turn stairs (on 3 separate occasions) and so left them with no carpet on them and the spiked rods exposed. The rest of the runner was fit poorly and is dangerously loose. They did not put stair bars on the landing carpet that was fit and told us they’d do that at a later date. They didn’t.

For the last 7 months we have been attempting to get Wilson’s to finish their job which has been closed 3 times as ‘complete’ despite them having sent out the measuring team to investigate the problem who have profusely apologised for such shoddy job and then reopened the case.

Head office had us pay to upgrade the underlay saying that would fix the issue, so we did, and then the underlay never got delivered or indeed fitted. In fact nobody ever came and did any fitting after the first incomplete fit. It really feels like a scam at this point.

I genuinely cannot believe a carpet company can’t fit carpet… our rep in the Anlaby road store seemed nice enough although clearly needs some managerial and administration training because to close this job 3 times is concerning and shows lack of integrity.

We’ve lost out on 6 months of rental income because of this company and despite 10+ emails of complaints and 7 months of no carpet or underlay that we paid upfront for they still haven’t even offered a refund let alone compensation for this mess.

Wilson’s carpet needs to be shut down.

I'd give them six stars if I could. From start to finish this company were outstanding. This is the third time we've used Wilsons and we've never been disappointed. Today was not the easiest of jobs which included a winding staircase, very tricky vinyl hallway, awkward landing and joining odd angle corridors. The carpet fitters, Chris and Jack's work was superb. They were so professional and the finished result was second to none. We were absolutely delighted with the finished results. I'd highly recommend this company.

The fitting was excellent, we needed a joint in carpet and there is no way you can tell where it is .
Will definitely be going to Wilson’s in future.

Helpful staff , without being pushy. Good prices and delivery on time given. Quality bed which was very well wrapped to protect it. Not sleeping in it yet until room decorating completed, but had a lie on it and can’t wait !!!

Rooms and either couldn’t get a sensible price or couldn’t get the carpet I was looking for. Shaun at Wilson’s was helpful, not pushy, and realistic, enabling me to specify what I wanted and what kind of price bracket without any salesman faff! He helped me find a carpet I love for a sensible price and I’m pleased Wilson’s were able to help me after my somewhat painful carpet search. The fitters also did a good job and were helpful, quick and tidy. Thank you all.

The staff were incredibly helpful with my purchase going above and beyond. The carpet fitters were respectful, polite and efficient. All in all, I received excellent service throughout. Would highly recommend this company.

All the staff are friendly, helpful & extremely knowledgeable.
I chose my carpet & vinyl on line then went into the store to have a look at it, before making my mind up.
The original vinyl I went in to look at, after a chat & some advice from the staff, I changed my mind, and opted for a better quality one. Any questions were gratefully received from the staff, and I’m more than happy with the quality & service that I’ve received.
The gentleman that came to fit the flooring (Nathan) was courteous & phoned in advance to make full arrangements etc. Highly skilled & I highly recommend.

Excellent service from start to finish, with my being advised on the type of carpet to lay in my hallway, to the fitter arriving promptly, and doing an excellent job.
I highly recommend using them, and I shall 100% be there again, as I have a further 4 rooms that require carpet upgrade.

Fitters were really early on the day they said and the fitting was first class. We are really pleased
