great to have central heating in house, as it was like living in a fridge before

It was a replacement like for like forced by the fact that the previous one was unable to be repaired after 17 visits and multiple replacement parts and the actual fault not identified. Boiler was 10 years old with light usage.

Grant have been really helpful in sorting out the boiler for us. Customer service people have been polite and really helpful at all times.

The Installation of the Air Sorce Heat Pump and Cylinder was installed by very Competent Tradesmen Plumbing and Electrical and very tidy and pleasant easy to get on with and up and Running in 2 days to a high standard. Thank you.

Very efficient machine. Highly recommend this product

The installation went reasonable well, how ever there is one oversight and that is very relevant to country locations especially and that is snow sliding off the roof and striking the air source unit which is usually situated directly below. A snow board guard should be directly fitted on the roof above to protect the unit.

Just contacted Graham in Technical support who talked me through a reset of my AHSP after (yet another) mains power cut. He was extremely helpful and patient, as this was the first time I had done it. I had also had previous experience with Paul who was also very helpful. And I didn’t have to wait for ages on the phone! Thank you.

We had an air source heat pump and internal boiler installed via an ECO4 grant.

The system works well (Kudos to Grant), however the installers left the electrician to commission the system which took >24hrs and required the electrician to repeatedly FaceTime the installer to troubleshoot the system.

My guess is that the installers make more money by installing as rapidly as possible but this then places the onus on the electrician to troubleshoot.

We had a great team of engineers who made a first class job of the installation. All plumbing and electrical tasks were completed by an experienced, professional and friendly team in less than three days.

l have had to contact grants tech department a few times regarding my air flow system (always minor things !} and they couldn't be more helpful and patient this morning Luke helped me in seconds all that was wrong was a tripped fuse ! thank you Luke

Great product our heating works 100% more efficiently.

We had a good plumber who installed the Grant Boiler and with the help of our regular boiler service engineer, they did a great job.
The boiler has worked perfect since installation.

Had a Grant external boiler installed a few weeks ago not fully used it yet but it seems to be a good choice, recommended by the installer

The installing company consists of 2 brothers, one of which has won the Best Plumber in Wales title. The work they have done was without fuss, tidy, and professional. A very good job !

We are extremely satisfied with the grant air source heat pump. It heats the home no problem and every one who visits comments on how warm it is. These heating systems work perfectly along as you do not use it the same way as a gas boiler, with this system you leave it on
