The first time I’ve had an oil boiler, quite noisy but very efficient, does what it should.

Our same model of boiler (vortex eco external) developed a leak internally after only 2 years and 2 months of use i.e. 2 months outside the warranty period. We therefore had to replace it at full cost + install. Hope this one lasts longer!

Luke from technical and Georgia from customer services couldn't have been more helpful. The company that installed my heating system somehow neglected to register the boiler for its guarantee. The boiler had an issue a year after it was installed and, given that technically it was too late to register the guarantee, a call out from the Grant engineer could have been at my expense, but Luke and Georgia agreed to not only send the engineer free of charge, but also to register the guarantee retrospectively as a gesture of goodwill, which was greatly appreciated.

Just spoke with Luke from grant technical, who stated he didn't have time to run through any settings and help a customer who has no heating. Very poor service from a very poor company do not buy a grant heat pump as there helpline and unit is poor.

We purchased a Grant Vortex Pro External Combi 2 years ago and have had no end of issues. First the central heating pump went then this week the system lost the ability to switch from hot water back to central heating. We were advised to reduce the water pressure to the whole house (!) but given we are at 6 bar and specifications state range of 2.5 - 8 this makes zero sense. We are now looking at all sorts of options- all expensive- to solve which don’t involve dropping the entire house water pressure when we are within operating specifications

The boiler installation was very straightforward as a replacement for a 40 year-old Camray. Plumbing and flue connections were very similar. Although nominally similar output as the old boiler, the Grant replacement seems to be delivering quite a bit more heat.

Excellent product,efficient quiet,not as obtrusive as I had expected.

After having the boiler installed we have realised just hiw inefficient our last boiler was ,the new boiler is quiet and neat

Don't stand by there products or there written word, very disappointing

Stand by my original review, avoid this company if you like customer service

The hot water from the boiler is a milky cloudy colour when it is used. The cold water taps are fine. Is there a method to fix this issue?

Just had a new Grant outside boiler fitted with all new internal pipework. Work was carried out efficiently and professionally. All arrival times were adhered to. Work took 3 days to complete.
All workmen involved were polite and informative, Our old inside boiler and all old pipework etc. were removed and taken away.
Knowledge of work in progress was explained to us in a way we could understand and any questions we had were answered.
Boiler is working perfectly, just gotta get used to it now!! Overall a job well done!! Many thanks.

We’ve installed solar thermal and underfloor from Grant Uk, can’t speak highly enough of the quality of the products and customer service

After months of background research on heat pumps we decided to go with the Grant ASHP and what a great choice it was !!! The unit is amazing and the tech support is 5* . If your looking for an ASHP then look no more .

Recently had a oil condensing boiler fitted in May this year,very happy with its performance it's quiet and seems more economical than the previous one.Would recommend a Grant boiler to anyone thinking of a replacement boiler.

Very happy with our Grant Aerona 10kW heat pump. Grant customer service and technical support is outstanding.

All the staff are polite and helpful and have guided me through a difficult transition to Heat Pumps.
