Be cautious but my experience was good
I see all the reviews and kinda think it may just be a misunderstanding. Still I would be cautious with putting money into the website.
I put in $50 two days ago and ended up turning it into $700 and then denied that redemption and they emailed me back saying I didn’t get to the play through requirements for the bonus money. I ended up playing $100 and losing it bc I thought I didn’t wager enough and sent another $600 redemption. I put the game history file into ChatGPT to see how much I have wagered and it was $2600 which should have been way more then needed for the 3x-5x playthrough. I emailed them back the same file saying “according to this file I have wagered the $2600 which is way more then needed so this may be a misunderstanding or an error on your end, if not please explain to me why did it not get declined”. There game history also has a glitch where is only shows how much you wagered or how much is at stake on the next bet. So when I hit a bonus for $400 it showed I didn’t bet anything or that there was no stake. So I emailed them the game history file again and showed them that there is that glitch where it doesn’t show how much is wagered until the next bet. They then emailed me back saying it was a mistake in there end and I got my $600 instantly.
So if you guys are struggling I would suggest writing them an email pretty much showing proof that you have either done the play through requirements or that their game history files have that glitch if they are saying something about the stake.

Currently waiting on an $1800 redemption from them.
I first submitted a redemption for $1100 on September 27th, and they cancelled it, and said they were auditing my play for 883 SC as "No stake was made" which is odd..because if no stake was made..then how was I able to play in the first place?
The $1100 then got returned to my balance, and I ran it up to $1800, and submitted a NEW redemption which then got denied again. For the same reasoning from what support told me.
I submitted another $1800 redemption on 10/12/2025, and it's still pending and support hasn't responded to my emails after I told them I have video evidence of my entire sessions where they're claiming that I didn't stake anything so my winnings were audited.
I will update this review when and if I ever get that money.

I was skeptical about it because all the bad reviews I saw. I still decided to give it a shot & I ended up wining $50 sc. I had no problem with redemption & I also received my redemption right away!

I wish I read the reviews here before spending any money. customer support said it takes 3-5 business days to redeem winnings and possibly longer if they need to audit the gameplay. well, its been 8 days. not excessively long but for a meager $69 redemption I shouldn't be flagged or audited to any extended amount of time. customer support stopped replying after my first email asking how long it takes because that info isn't in the FAQ. So I forsee this taking another week or indefinitely judging on their 2 star rating. I'm always cautious trying new casinos but I didn't do my due diligence on this one. I've never waited longer than 2 days on any site so im not conditioned to this. I dont see this casino lasting long since instant redemptions are becoming the new standard. grand vault, you should probably address that issue if you're trying to stick around and not exit scam.

I signed up for Grand Vault on September 9th. It was new and had a few glitches. Customer support was there to get things situated. I had 25sc sign on and the games are playing amazing. I was able to redeem the first day instantly to my visa debit card. Friend referrals didn't work and the few people that tried to sign up had issues. Well I was able to redeem again about a week later and, again, instant. I had another minor issue but support took care of it again. Well I don't know what happened but I went to redeem on September 26th and it said 3-5 business days. Well ok... Now here it is October 5th and still haven't received it. I've messaged support twice now about it and not a word back. This site was on the way to becoming my number one sweeps casino but I've quickly changed my mind about that.

I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Grand Vault Casino. After playing fairly and having my redemption approved on Friday, my account was wrongfully closed just two days later on Sunday. The casino claimed that “someone emailed them” alleging I used stolen credit cards to obtain my winnings which is absolutely false. Instead of handling the matter professionally, their staff responded in a rude and dismissive way, showing no respect for me as a customer.
It is unacceptable for a casino to approve a payout, only to shut down an account based on unverified claims. I provided my own funds to play, followed all rules, and was entitled to my winnings. Closing my account after approval feels like an excuse to avoid paying me what I rightfully earned.
This experience has left me feeling scammed and disrespected. I caution others to think twice before depositing money here, because if they can do this to me, they can do it to anyone.

Different providers than most which can be a good thing. They have top tier SC deals with 1x playthrough. I Just put in a redemption for 460 to the card I used to deposit which is linked to my Skrill. So far no issues as they said it will process within 1-3 days. Will update further shortly. Hopefully there’s no issues like the people below. I’m fully verified etc also.

Beware! Complete fraudulent scam. I won $90 and was KYC verified and I redeemed to my visa. It went away, no where to be found and never received the $. I wrote customer service who said I can't redeem to visa only bank account. I followed up 6 times in 8 days without a response as I cannot redeem or add bank account because the $90 is gone. They took it and then without word closed my account. This must be some sort of joke. I cannot believe this is how they operate. Please don't play on here, it's dangerous to give them a cent.
BEWARE!! Play elsewhere
I had the WORST experience both times I deposited and played here. The games are super glitchy and it takes your money without giving the spin. The rtp must be terrible because I played over 1000 spins and got free spins 2 times. Betting 2.00 I won 38 and 140. Customer service was made aware of the games taking money without spins and did nothing about it. The verification process is very suspicious being kyc and not needing a selfie. I sent another email email to close this account. Worst I ever played at.
