So far have had a very good experience I'm in process of redeeming hopefully it goes smoothly and I get funds quickly if I have issues I'll change my review.

This site stole my money and so far is refusing to return it. See timeline below

3/10/26: my account was closed and $1206.19 was stolen from me. I was told I had stacked purchases and didn’t play enough.
3/10/26: I filed an informal dispute with this company according to their terms and conditions. Notifying them that the confiscation of my funds was unjust enrichment.

They promptly emailed back saying they would settle dispute and return my funds.

3/13/2026: it is now Monday night 7pm central time. They have not followed through and they have refused to return the money they STOLE from me.

I did not engage in any sort of sort of shenanigans on this site or break the terms of service in any manner.

I received many emails for sales and made a total of 5 purchases.

To offer a sale to a customer and than use the fact that the customer purchased the offers to justify the confiscation of there funds is absurd.

This company are liars and thieves.

The site is amazing and has alot of good games but they do some crazy stuff for payouts. I was already fully verified and got a few small redemptions no issue is hit above little bigger and they didn't pay and made me redo all verification which eventually they did make right.

HOPE!! Best agent I have ever came in contact with !! Luckyone is one of my top 5 for sure. If I ever discipline myself enough and get to withdraw it will most definitely be #1 with hope . Great Casino! A wide variety of great games with awesome providers. Hiccup with a technical issue but currently redeeming will update once all goes through but so far so good loving this app! This was the easiest verification process and customer support was most helpful. I wish all verification on other platforms went as well as this one. Even with the initial problem it was taken care of within hours NOT days or weeks.
