Grand Vault Casino is a SCAM site! They are thieves and liars. If you win, they will not pay you. I signed up on 11/26/25, bought a discounted coin package for $9.99 and received $25 sweep coins. I ended up winning $100 but when i tried to redeem it said my coins weren't redeemable because i hadn't met the pkaythrough requirement. So, i went back and played some more and ended up losing $25. I tried to redeem again but it still wouldn't let me. I emailed customer support. They finally replied 5 days later saying I needed to update my address on file, even though my account clearly says I'm completely verified. They also said i needed to verify my debit card I used to make a purchase. I was told i could purchase their cheapest package of just $.99. They don't even have a $.99 package. Their cheapest coin package is $4.99. Why would i need to make another purchase when i had bought the $9.99 package when i first signed up. I knew they were scammers then. I went ahead and made another purchas of the $4.99 packsge. I played it and eas finally able to click on redeem. That was on 11/26. I'm still waiting on less than $100 three weeks later. Their support is a joke. These people will steal your money and won't pay if you win. We all need to do our due diligence and report this site or else they will continue getting away with pocketing our money. This site needs to be shut down immediately. DO NOT DEPOSIT ANY MONEY ON THIS SITE. I've already made some calls to the proper authorities to report them. I can't sit back and watch them continously screw people out of their money. I obtained their new player promotional bundle the other night and the first thing I did was open one of their games by the provider PG. I never made a single spin (SHOULD HAVE) but instead I decided to use all of my $30 balance to purchase the bonus within the game. It never started the bonus because the game went into an unending spin/froze and after I refreshed the page the bonus was suddenly gone like I never made the purchase. I need to do a better job of looking at reviews before I play. Its 2.8 stars for a reason. They have no live customer service. So send an email wait a couple days for a response. They send me an email about getting verified but when I click on it on the website it says CANT VERIFY. So Im guessing it will end up being another $100 I write off and in 6 months this will be on the closed list. So many other sites are a better choice then this one.

Started off decent until it was time to redeem. First problem is there is no live support and it takes a day sometimes longer for a reply by email. Their redemption option to card claims to be instant but says the approval process on their end takes 1 to 3 days mon-fri. I redeemed around 8 a.m on dec 4 th and it is now dec 10th and my redemption stil hasn’t moved past the point where I still the option to cancel it. They lone reply i received since the 3 days passed claimed sometimes they need to “audit the play” and could take longer. My kyc was verified, I’ve made a purchase and I know I did nothing out the ordinary to redeem the minimum of $50 dollars. I tried to redeem $250. After weeks of waiting & arguing with them. They sent an email with what they claim was my activity log. The name on the it was mine but the dates & games played were not. They said I played all of my money ah I didn't have any too redeem. It stills says pending now it's been 3-4 months! They are cheaters & just horrible.

Been waiting a month at this point for an $800 redemption. Account passed KYC on 11-4-25, a week later with no update I messaged them to be told my address wasn't verified, sent the info same day and was told everything was good and to expect payment in 1 to 3 days. Waited a week nothing, messaged again and was told it would be expedited, another week and no response, which sadly is at least a step in the positive direction as there cowardice in choosing not to respond will solidify my complaints to the Delaware and Ohio attorney generals office as well as the FCC, which I am in the process of doing. In the off chance they honor the terms and conditions that they have posted on their website I will update my review to reflect payment and withdraw my complaints with the Govt agencies. If not I will continue to explore my options to make sure my legal rights are protected and let the appropriate authorities determine if any telecommunications violations have occurred.
