Grace and Olive Home Recensioni

Had to chase up as did not recieve. Wanted a refund but samples were posted after this request and not very good samples at that.

Great service- plenty of stock. Picked up with no fuss.

Really good quality product and arrived all complete and quickly.
The only point for improvement is that as it is heavy and it was going on a stud wall my builder needed to put it up with special screws. These were not provided or advised so I think this element should be improved but they are a really good quality product.

Absolutely beautiful, exactly what I was looking for, prompt deliver and helpful, as I had not changed my address for moving and very quick to correct before shipment. Smell divine, great quality, easy to install and just perfect for all my crystals..........will be buying a lot more, give such warmth to a room

Ordering was very simple and the shelves are fantastic quality and a really good price.

Very happy...........will probably order some more at some point!

Contacted several times via email to arrange return. No reply whatsoever!

Good service, with the benefit of having a message on the shelf sold the product to us. Good quality finish

Providing me with just some extra hooks when asked was easy and I would use them again if needed.

Excellent quality products, great after care.
We ordered 2 shelves and with brackets and a hanging rail. Highly recommend.

Nice item, no problems.

Lovely product. Appreciated the introductory discount code. Arrived promptly, easy to assemble and looks great!!
Great communication! Thank you

Great company to deal with, excellent customer service, fast turnaround and despatch.
Shelves are well nice, proper rustic with a lovely finish. They look fab & have added much needed character in our new kitchen which before looked too clinical. HIGHLY RECOMMEND GRACE + OLIVE.

Bought 2 rustic shelves and brackets, turned up on time, installed them they look fantastic, ordered another one for the kitchen. I’m no expert on this sort of thing but they appear to be excellent value for money. Cannot fault this product or service.

Ordered the sample pack to make sure the shelves I wanted would be the right colour.
Given 4 stars as they did take over a week to get here and the range of colours was slightly limited- couldn’t get a close match to my worktops.
Also thought £12:99 was a lot as these are off cuts ( but it’s good environmentally)

All I can say is excellent! The piece looks wonderful, the wood is amazing. The only thing I would say is that I was short of two screws and they are not quite long enough, but this is absolutely no problem at all. I love it and everyone who visits comments.

Great product

Great finish

Arrived sooner than estimated

Nice quality and delivered on time. Good value for money too.
