What a place, fantastic first visit!
We visited Craftstones Europe for the first time a few weeks ago. I’d got in contact with them a few weeks before and spoke to Kieran on the phone. He was just brilliant, answered all my questions and even some before I had asked them. Sustainability and ethics are a big thing for me and I had no concerns there at all, information was all to hand. Meeting him on the day was just great. He walked us round, explained the different areas and all the finer details. The quality of the crystals is fantastic and the variation of what they stock is amazing. And then there is the tumble room…I think we were in there 2hrs alone!
It was our first visit but not our last. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you everyone at Craftstones Europe!

Amazing place absolutely love it the staff are friendly and knowledgeable and the selection of carved, tumbled and raw crystal is fantastic. They have some fantastic specimens as well.
