Scammers scammers scammers alert, this bunch of cowboys take money, then nothing gets delivered, ordered a corner suite in January, nothing ever turned up, they only have a WhatsApp group which they ignore after you question where the delivery is.

I have had 2 sofas from this company and have been very happy with Both , and will be purchasing another for my other property, the only downside was they delivered at 1.30 am with the wrong back cushions but this was very quickly rectified and 2 days later the correct cushions were had delivered , recommend x

All this company does is use other companies photos , please beware everyone, these are nothing but scammers. Every single photo you see on their website / adverts have been stolen from reputable companies. These scammers think they can just use other companies photos and scam potential buyers

Awful company, took 9 months in a dispute to get my money back!!! Do not use these scammers

Avoid at all costs! Paid for a sofa online that was supposedly in stock with immediate delivery. 7 weeks later after continual calls, emails and texts from myself (they have a WhatsApp service designed to string people along) I still have neither a sofa nor a refund. So £1200 out of pocket, I wish I’d read the reviews first! So now taking this up with my bank in the hope of getting my money back.

After several delivery dates and times my sofa finally turned up at 2AM!!
Not even the sofa I ordered or even pictures on there website, they then sent me an extension piece which the clips did not align so I cannot attach the sofa together and the feet were a lot taller than the original sofa so sat a lot higher. They told me they would send new feet out which they havnt!
The extension peice sinks rite in the middle also!
I have messaged several times and they completely ignore me!

I’ve been waiting since October for my order to be completed delivery is shocking they delivered wrong parts to my sofa took 6 weeks to get it wrong parts collected and the right part delivered after giving them 9 different days to deliver I’ve emailed no one replied I’ve called no one answered or calls back never dealt with such a shocking company customer service I’ve kept all the emails and texts they sent no call is to trading standards

Given 3 dates for delivery none of which fulfilled. Excuses of short staffed, courier is sick and then a warehouse flood where my sofa was damaged and video sent to upon searching properly is in fact another warehouse not connected with them from a different place.their customer service is non existent and when challenged they just block you.

Dodge at all costs this you won't receive goods and people must not give them a penny or waste any time on them.

Typical excuses are fire or flood in warehouse where your sofa is damaged.

Take your money and block you. No sofa and £1000 down.

Excuse after excuse. Fire, short staffed, backlogged. Added to Couchek victims on Facebook. Police are investigating this company alongside FURNATURIST. AVOID‼️

I can't say enough good things about them honestly. The website is so easy to nevigate and the 24/7 option to get your queries is such an amazing feature, I had a query at 2am when my husband got back and they responded straight away!! The sofa and footstool are so perfect for my new house I'm so happy with this :D

I recently bought a sofa from couchec, and I have to say, it's one of the best purchases I've made. The sofa is incredibly comfortable and has a luxirious feel to it. it fits perfectly in my living room. What really stood out was the customer service, super helpful and answered all my questions quickly. Delivery was on time. If yourr're looking for high0quality furniture and great service these are your guys. I'll definitely be recommending them to all my friends and family!

Awful service purchased 4 headboard panels from Couchek. They never turned up on the delivery date so I emailed their customer services to be told they will reschedule the delivery. Again the rescheduled delivery date came and there was no delivery. After this customer services just ignored me. I had to go to my bank to get the money I paid refunded as Couchek just kept ignoring me. WOULD STAY WELL AWAY.

Delivery of the products became frustrating, on the sales it was stated as 1/12 days delivery, turned out to be more like 21 days, response to e mail was slow and added to the frustration.
The items were for my Daughter and she was pleased when they eventually arrived.

I'm so happy with my purchase from Coucheck. The sofa looks amazing and is super comfy. Delivery was right on time, and the whole process was easy. Would definitely recommend!

What an awful experience! I’ve never had a bad experience like this with any company before but I feel I should warn other people.

I ordered a footstool back in August after receiving a fabric sample through the post from Couchek. After around a month I followed up to see if there was any update with our order. I was told they’d get me a tracking number but the end of the day. Surprise… nothing. The same thing was said for around 3 weeks. False promises.

I was then told they couldn’t deliver to the Isle of Wight. Even after sending the fabric sample to me and then knowing my address but they let me part with almost £300 anyway.

In the end after them constantly ignoring my messages for days on end I told them just to cancel the order. The only way I could get sort of response was on Instagram and I had to comment on pictures telling them to reply to my messages. I noticed a lot of customers doing this and then Couchek were deleting the comments.

After waiting over 10 working days for my refund I STILL hadn’t received anything. The whole situation was a total waste of my time and a lot of worry. They told me I’d have to contact my bank and that they couldn’t do anything to help. I had to open a dispute with my bank and thankfully got my money back this morning.

I’m 1000% positive the 5 star reviews on this page are fake. Just ignore them but the whole thing was a total scam honestly. I wanted to wait until I had my money back to leave a review.

Please just read the reviews and don’t order from this company. I ignored them and totally regretted it and am just thankful I got my money back.

My couch arrived early woohoo it is fantastic super huge and comfy nice fat filled pillows and cushions amazing for the price lads who dropped it off where nice chatty friendly too no issues and delivery would of been harder for them than expected as my house has stairs leading up to it and is difficult to park on traffic lights the lads where great and helped me with it all overall definitely a 10/10 for this couch and communication thank you so much I’m very happy
