Good call quality, great features, excellent customer service.

We love GoTo. The company's products help our business run each and every day, from the telephone VOIP service to the virtual meeting service to the messaging service -- phenomenal products, phenomenal service!

They are always on top of things. And great customer service.

It's functional, but with a few additions could be great. I love that calls coming to my desk also come to my mobile, but the call quality is lower if I answer it on my mobile.
We mostly use the system to forward calls to our on-call staff, so my suggestions are related to the call-forwarding functionality.
I'm unable to update/change the phone number calls are forwarded to from my phone via the app or the website.
For calls forwarded to our on-call staff, I'd like access to the incoming calls with caller ID, so we can reach back out to someone if needed. If caller ID info it's there, I can't find it.
I'd love to pre-enter names and phone numbers of our on-call staff, then choose from a drop-down list instead of looking up and typing in phone numbers every time we change our on-call staff member - this would also help prevent errors if a phone number was typed in wrong.
In correlation to the last comment, if names/numbers were saved, it would be great to choose the name/number from a dropdown list.
Pre-scheduling forwarding calls to our staff would be very helpful, so we could set up a schedule once instead of accessing and changing the phone number every time our on-call person changes.
Hope these are helpful suggestions.

The Quality of the meeting has diminished with the new format. The old one was much better. I can’t as the organizer mute. and unmute guest also, the screen changes without warning..

my virtual teleconference was accessing Microsoft Teams, and all was seamless!

Alan was very helpful and it appears the issue I was having has now been resolved.

Was oversold on extra services, tried to cancel and get a refund within 30 days, services were never used or even setup. I reached out several times to my sales rep to cancel and they never did it.. Have been dissapointed several times with this company in the last 3 years. Would not recommend and we are looking to switch providers very soon.

Pros: Never had service outages

GoTo has been a lifesaver for our growing family business. We were unable to handle the growing call volume with your standard business phone services of two lines. We can now disseminate our volume amongst several users and provide better customer service. We are glad we found GoTo and appreciate the user friendly interfaces in both the app and the desktop app/website.

I received courteous assistance from a GoTo professional. Unfortunately, my inability to use my desktop app to make certain outbound calls has not been resolved.

People have a difficult time getting on. Some formats force them to download the link. It should be easy to just a hyperlink and get onto the meeting!

I'm not with a corporation. I use your platform for meetings and bible study sessions. The new enhancements are not as fluid as they should be. We experience quite a bit of difficulty with logon problems during the new platform transition period.

I have called my rep numerous times and have yet to hear back from him. Looking at changing service as a result.

In general, goto does not have all of the same functions as Zoom. Our clients hate it.

The connection is very poor and takes too long for the call to connect with my phone. Then the actual conversation usually cuts off too.

The functionality is horrible. A far fall from the original GoTo Meeting, which was the best.

You can't resize cameras. You can't see people's faces on cameras and also see the document, on which you are working.

There is now a complicated process for things that used to be easy.

If you call customer service, they are limited by the software designers, who don't care.

Goto is efficient, and flexible. It allows all of our agents to stay in touch with our clients and each other. The voice mail transcription service is particularly useful.

Mostly seemless operation. 99.9% up time.

Only 2 complaints. Faxing is a pain..thank goodness faxing is becoming history for most operations.
I miss not having a single line ring on two separate desk phones without having a second line. Wife can't answer while I'm gone from her room.

GoTo's Partner Exchange program is the best in the industry when it comes to support and commission payout.
