Risposta di Golden Valley Plants
Thank you for the lovely review, we're so glad to hear that you were pleased with your experience.
Thanks,
Lewis.
Not great...but good
I found the website difficult to navigate. And I ordered the wrong thing. Contacting Golden Valley was virtually impossible - though I managed via the parent company.
From then on everything went very well indeed. My incorrect order was refunded and a correct order dispatchted and received within three days.

My first order
My first order, and I was very impressed. They kept me informed via email, and I received a text message on the day of delivery. My agapanthus was packed well, and looked really healthy. Excellent service from start to finish.

The plants arrived in very rough shape. I’m nursing them back to health now. Maybe it was the hot weather, but I was very unimpressed.

Hi Marek,
Thank you for your positive review, it's great to hear that everything went well.

Such a shame!
My plants arrived a little bit battered but after a good drink and some tweaking are now OK.The problem was with the delivery, the courier said TWICE,that I wasn’t in despite looking out for them both times!,,Eventually,my plants did arrive but I suspect they had been in the packaging for at least a week!Thankfully the seller was polite and helpful, but instances like this don’t reflect well.
