What a lovely bunch of guys. Would recommend to anyone.
We can't say a big enough thank you to Kevin, Alex, Tom and Andy.
Simply refused to leave the job until everything was finished to perfection. I have never seen 3 more polite, courteous, hard working and friendly people as Kevin, Alex and young Tom.
They treated our house as though it were their own and we were family!
We have had 3 different companies try to fix our water problems over the last 10 years and no-one had been able to discover the source of our incoming main to our Victorian House. Not only were Going Underground the first company to actually find 2 lead spurs off a poly 25mm supply we had no idea were there, they refused to give up until they had found exactly were they fed too and the exact cause of our poor pressure and flow rate problem!
They even stayed behind on the last night to make sure there were no leaks and the concreting was put down perfectly til almost 7pm from 8am!
We have never had such good water flow and pressure and Wessex Water haven't even upgraded the supply to 32mm yet.

Replacement mains-water service installed in a professional manner by Kevin, Steve, Tom and Alex. A few challenges, but all overcome with good humour and a bit of banter. Also coffee, rolls and lemon drizzle cake. (Sorry you missed that Tom!). Very pleased that your management have undertaken to bung you a bonus based on favourable TP reviews! Mine’s a large one! ;-)

We had a leak somewhere under our drive. We had just had the drive block paved so were dreading having to have the new paving dug up.
We contacted Going Underground after a recommendation from a friend.
They fitted a new pipe under the drive via a Mole without touching the paving.

Very prompt and efficient response to my request to undertake repair to my water supply leak. After on-site inspection I received next day a quotation for the work with a date for the work and cost. The team arrived on schedule, and completed the work in a day as quoted. The site was left in a very tidy state. One minor criticism was the time to receive the report of work completed which I needed for my insurance company. Otherwise excellent service.

The work initially involved a temporary fix on a leaking water pipe, followed by replacing the pipe from the road to the house and finally to rectify a small leak in the kitchen. The team were brilliant, ensuring that at each step we were happy with the quality of the work that they had undertaken and were able to raise any concerns that we may have had. The pipe that required replacing extended along the length of the garden and towards the back of the house, but you wouldn’t have thought they had carried out the amount of work that they had. They ensured that everything looked exactly as it was prior to the job being done and everything was cleaned down afterwards.

I have every confidence in Going Underground and would be happy to use the service again. Thank you!

Kevin and Darren came to replace our water pipe from the meter to our house. They worked really hard and did an excellent job. They started early at 8am and worked through wind and rain to get the job done, not finishing until 6.30pm when it had already got dark. They kept us fully informed of their progress, giving us complete confidence in the work they were doing. We would recommend this company and their employees.

A fantastic service. I rang the company with my enquiry and the surveyor was on-site in a couple of hours and a quote followed by the end of the day. Very refreshing ..and rare! The team arrived a few days later and completed the works in a very professional and accommodating manner and cleaned up meticulously leaving me absolutely nothing to do after re-fixing absolutely everything. Didn't even have to get the brush out! Can't thank them enough for fixing my leak ..sleeping better now :) in such a professional way and for making it so easy. Probably the best workman I've ever had at my house ..so can but highly recommend.

Going Underground were fast and efficient with dealing with our emergency leak. Transparent about costs and turned up to do the work when they said they would and left the place tidy. I was impressed.

Going Underground undertook to replace a main water pipe (29 Meters) from road to our house. The three guys worked very hard under difficult weather conditions and copious amounts of mud. They were cheerful and polite and worked solidly throughout the day. The following day they filled in holes and repaired pathways and patio excellently and you would hardly have known they had been there. Very satisfied with their efforts and results. Lovely men.

I was very worried about having this huge job carried out. Worried about the noise, mess and duration.
I can honestly say, I did not need to worry. The workmanship of Nigel and Josh was superb. Swift, clean and very professional! You would not know they had been here, despite the problems they encountered! In addition to the other men who came along on the last day, from the company, who were also brilliant! Had underground in to replace a mains water pipe. 29mt long mostly under block paving. Three man crew arrived consisting of kev, Steve, and Alex. No hanging around straight on the job, found the original leak causing the problem quick fix to give me water to property,new line laid in backed filled. And returned next day to finish off. Cracking team of lad's who know there stuff. Definitely recommend this company. P.S lots of coffee and bacon butties thrown in keeps them happy (always look after your tradesman)

Going Underground replaced a leaking water mains pipe in my garden to my total satisfaction. The team, led by John, were knowledgable and professional, and also identified a solution which prevented them having to disturb a large patio area and underlying soakaway.
The team carefully replaced all slabs and turf, and left the site so clean and tidy that it was difficult to tell that they had been there.

I needed a new rising main into my property - in contrast to the first firm I tried (who gave me the runaround for two months), Going Underground got their site surveyor out to me the same week. The works team were efficient and friendly, overcoming an unexpected oddity with the old piping with ease. Professional work, would recommend.

Following a mains leak under the concrete floor inside our house, we struggled to find anyone who would take on the job, with several firms quoting and then dropping out rather than commit to properly diagnosing the problem. Going Underground were professional from the start, taking a practical approach and adapting quickly as complications arose during the works. Going Underground replaced a leaking mains water pipe at our house. They worked diligently to lay the new pipe through a difficult layout and clearly communicated each decision with me when they came across problems. They also moved the works forward when the leak reached the cellar which was greatly appreciated. Would recommend for similar jobs.

I chose this Company on the basis of the professionalism of the Surveyor, Andy Gray - together with the excellent Trust Pilot reviews. In varying weather condition from mild to appalling heavy wind and rain the engineers, over two days - clearly led by Sean proceeded to lay at depth a new water main of 22 metres to our bungalow. The ground was exceptionaly tough - concrete all the way, the digging drilling and moling all hard work. The quiet determination displayed by Sean, his stamina and enthusiastic application to a tough job was exemplary. Alex displayed an enormously cheerful disposition and similar capability. Kevin replaced Alex on day two and ably assisted Sean in the moling and backfill operation. Sean particularly, as lead engineer, together with his team were outstanding. Terrific Ambassadors for the Company and a pleasure to have on site. A great job that we are delighted with - thank you.
