This service was terrible
This service was terrible. Very sad for a business that is supposed to assist seniors that need help. I set up rides for 80+ year old mother three times in one week to go to a doctors' appointment and each time there was a problem getting a ride. The ride ordered a day in advance cancelled and two other trips the driver showed up at the wrong location. She actually had an aide with her each time who also could not navigate their phone system. Finally, they will not refund their monthly fee even though it was set up five days ago and their service is unusable. Their business model may be just to collect one month user fees until members cancel.

Service is exemplary. Good natured drivers.😊
Drivers are always helpful to get walkers, canes etc in
the trunk, never rushing us old folk. I love that we can schedule in advance, even several days , and that we can get a ride to the hospital in early morning hours. Now that my expected surgeries are done, I may or may not need the rides, but I reupped my membership anyway for the year, because you never know. Thanks for the service you provide.

Reliability Matters, Especially for Seniors
My mother-in-law has used this transportation service more than 30 times. Initially, our experience was wonderful. The drivers were punctual, courteous, and helpful, especially since she uses a walker and needs assistance getting in and out of the vehicle. Some even went above and beyond by helping her into her home.
Unfortunately, the last five experiences have been anything but satisfactory.
On one occasion, the driver was late. When she called the office, she was told it would be another 10 minutes. Keep in mind, she isn't using this service to go grocery shopping or run errands. She relies on it to get to physical therapy appointments, where arriving late could mean having her appointment canceled.
Another ongoing frustration is the pickup location. She provides clear instructions about which side of the building the driver should meet her, yet drivers frequently park across the parking lot. For an elderly woman using a walker, this is not a minor inconvenience.
The service allows customers to call their drivers directly, which sounds helpful in theory. The problem? The drivers never answer their phones. When we brought this concern to the office, the response was, "Well, he doesn't speak English." I have no issue with someone whose first language isn't English, but there needs to be a reliable way for drivers and customers to communicate, especially when transporting elderly individuals who may need assistance.
On another occasion, she called to correct a pickup time for a trip scheduled for the following day. She was told she would be charged a cancellation fee. She wasn't canceling the trip. She was simply correcting the pickup time!
What makes this especially disappointing is that this service appears to cater largely to elderly individuals, many of whom depend on this transportation for medical care and may not feel comfortable questioning charges or speaking up when something goes wrong.
After more than 30 trips, we have given this company plenty of opportunities to provide consistent service. We know they are capable of doing better because we've experienced it firsthand. Unfortunately, the recent decline in reliability, communication, and customer service is concerning.
When your customers are elderly individuals who depend on you to get to medical appointments safely and on time, reliability and communication aren't optional. They're essential.

GoGo Took me to a special event.
