The engineer was great, very caring. I am elderly and disabled but he took his time to show me how everything works. Really pleased compared to the last internet provider who were awful.

Excellent company to deal with
Excellent company to deal with, highly responsive either email or phone. Imagine that, being able to phone and speak to an actual person, and better still - someone who speaks fluent, clear English. Great products too, and at a reasonable cost. I know when we have great broadband, there are far less sweary complaints from the kids on their Xboxes! Top marks from me!

Absolutely delighted
Was delighted to hear that full fibre was now available to me in the rural Scottish Borders. The level of support from the word go from GoFibre has been second to none. I got a fantastic deal and was kept well informed throughout. The installation itself was done by Gregor and John, both personable and helpful. My speeds have went from 50mbps to 500 Mbps. Couldn’t ask for better, well done GoFibre. Showing the big boys how it’s done.

The lady I spoke to about getting set up with Go Fibre was helpful & very clear on how it was to be done. A date was quickly organised & the work was carried out without a hitch. This company provides excellent broadband for my needs & saves me a significant amount of money- about 2/3- compared to my last provider.
